We remodeled our main bathroom and decided to get new towels and  rug. 
We loved this color but when we received the towels we’re loved their plushness and larger size as well.
They make our new bath pop.

 Lands' End

I have used the towels several times now and they are soft, supple, and absorbent.  I was troubled in the beginning because material was coming off of the towels after the very first use.  I emailed Lands End and quickly got a response telling me I should wash them one time before use.  I immediately did that and it has seemed to solve the material falling off issue.  I love the towels even though I feel as if they are expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Very soft

I have two sets of Lands End Towels I purchased in 2002.  I just renovated a bathroom so of course I had to have new towels.  I did some research and I was pleased to see Lands End landed at the top of reviews.  I ordered the Navy color; they are rich in color and soft in texture.  They washed up very well.  I’m happy my choice.

Once again Lands End is a winner

These towels are very soft and fluffy enough. However, due to all of the complaints about shedding, I checked the tag which said to WASH them in COLD and DELICATE! What? That is not good hygiene! And on top of that, DRY on DELICATE. The directions sound like what I would use for a dressy shirt. I did wash them the first time like that and I did not have any fluff come off in the washer or when used after showering. There was a fair amount in the lint vent which I empty after each wash, but that is pretty normal with new cotton fabric items washed the first time. Since then, I have washed them in warm and delicate and they seem okay so far. When I dry them on delicate, it does take a long time to dry. I don’t think I have the patience to continue babying these towels so I hope they last. If I had known the washing directions, which were NOT SITE WHEN I ORDERED them, I would not have bought them.

Wash bath towels in cold and delicate?

Beautiful color, pretty good absorbancy, but do these things shed!  I washed and dried them 4 times before using, and the dryer was extremely full of lint.  So was the shower when using them on the 5th round.  I owned these towels previously, and they were awesome, so I ordered new ones.  They are not the same! There was a change in manufacturer, and/or the manufacturing process, and the quality suffered.  Please go back to the previous process.

Beware of Lint!

I had bought some land end towels years ago so thought I bought the same ones, but apparently, I didn't.  They don't feel like they absorb and they pile something awful.  I have washed 3 times now and not happy with the results, especially for the price I paid

These towels came highly recommended to me by two people when I was seeking quality towels.  I was happy to purchase them but found on the first wash, several of the loops came loose and make them look old before they’ve even been used.  Exactly what I was hoping to avoid. I read many reviews and did not see anyone else complaining about this. Did I just get a bed set?

Loose ends

I purchased this towel set in navy blue about 2 weeks ago and they have not stopped shedding!! I’ve washed them twice, but so far it hasn’t helped. The towels are very soft, but they’re hard to dry with and take a long time to dry after using. Needless to say  don’t recommend purchasing this towel set.

Towels shed and don’t dry

I have bought Lands End towels for years in the deep sea navy color and always found the Supima Premium cotton towels to be excellent and the color of Deep Sea Navy to be a beautiful rich navy.  Unfortunately Lands End no longer offers towel sets or the bath sheet in deep sea navy -- why not?  It has been a staple color for years in multiple items and none of the other blue colors you offer are navy nor as nice and rich a navy blue - very disappointed as just bought new bath mats in the deep sea navy to go with towels and now I can't add to either the towels or mats as the color is no longer offered.  I would not have bought what I thought was a staple color choice that you have had for years in many items if I knew you were going to discontinue the color (which is really surprising and none of the blues you now offer are navy.).

Why did you eliminate Deep Sea Navy??

I recently purchased several full sets of towels with extra items to match.  In 3 of 4 sets, the colors don't match across all the items.  One set has turned from mint green to yellow in a few months.  This last set I ordered was to replace the faded set and it too doesn't match colors--even when I chose Ivory to minimize the whole color situation. I have several sets that were good for 20 years (adult-use only), but the current product is such poor quality that I won't buy again.

Quality has gone away!
