I was looking for a black eyeliner that was soft and yet still have staying power. This liner is definitely super soft it doesn't hurt to go on my waterline and lash line. The staying power is ok. I will say that I literally had it on for over 14hrs tho. I reapplied it only once in that time. So if you have a long day and don't mind touching it up at least once, this will be perfect for you. Other than that Id say it's a great product to try.

I had to contact the manufacturer by email to find out how to sharpen this pencil. It appears to be a twist-up but it is NOT. It is sharpened with an eye-pencil sharpener. It does sharpen! I already had a nice eye-pencil sharpener so I used that. I read online about putting the pencil in the refrigerator before sharpening it, and so I put the pencil in the refrigerator for about 1-1/2 hours. I purchased the black color pencil. The Rimmel (Coty) company I contacted by email was very helpful online, and not only that, they sent me an eye-pencil sharpener in the mail ---- a total surprise to me---- along with 3 perfume samples. I contacted Rimmel. They are actually Coty. I will buy this pencil again, in Black. I have read in reviews that some of the other colors are difficult to sharpen, but the black is GOOD! The pencil glides on smoothly and I am very satisfied and will buy another and more after that. Very good price at Walmart. I love buying things online from Walmart. I think that BETTER INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHARPENING should be on the packaging. Many people have had trouble with this.

Wonderful

Indeed this is the best eyeliner in deep rich brown. I should know as I've bought dozens of dudes that just don't work. Rimmel Kohl goes on soft and doesn't pull the delicate skin at the lash line and is rich in color. Isn't that what we all want? I say yes!

Best eyeliner

I absolutely love this eyeliner. I've been using it for years. It goes on smooth and dark. It stays on all day.  It's very affordable. It's  amazing. The only complaint I have is it's hard to find in the stores now. So, I always buy 2 or 3 at a time when I find it. But, they do sell it in Amazon and I buy it from there now. I would give this more stars if I could. I'll continue to use it as long as I find it. It's my favorite.

It's a must have eyeliner

What a deal this is! It goes on smooth and never smears. Lasts ALL day long and doesn't bother my sensitive eyes. I am fair and 57 years old so I mostly wear the brown. The best application is to go over eye shadow and not bare skin.

The eye pencil I buy over and over again.

This was exactly what I was looking for! So black and long staying. I was missing so much the brand that I used to use for years since they are no longer making it, and finally I found this as a very good fit for my needs!

This is a super price on this eyeliner, that's why I got 2 sets of 2 I keep this in my beauty bag it's easy to use it has staying power, it makes all the difference of how my eyes/eye lids look.I'm so happy to know that Walmart carry this product, I hope I can get this same deal in the future

I Love This Product

This is a great eye liner! Bold colors! Easy to sharpen! Stays on even if I sleep with it on. I find it doesn't smear! True to waterproof!

Rimmel products are worth it!

I love the staying power of this eyeliner, but each tip is only good for one use. The eyeliner is very soft and must be sharpened with every use. You may have difficulty finding the right sharpener but when you do, you can enjoy this eyeliner. I personally like to wear it when I travel because for some reason, my eyeliner always wears off, but not with this one. Sometimes it even stays on overnight when you sleep. You must be gentle using eye makeup remover because it takes a lot of product to remove this eyeliner. I don't use it every day, but it is definitely my go to when I'm concerned about smudging and/or staying power.

I bought this in error as I meant to get the one which twists. As others said, impossible to sharpen and I've now broken one sharpener trying the sharpen the plastic!! I understand that the generic response from Rimmel is to just sharpen it, but it isn't as simple as that! Unless you have an amazing sharpener just don't bother. I've wasted money on the product, a sharpener and now petrol as I have to go back to the shop to buy something different.

Can't sharpen it.
