At first I didn't think the speed was going to be enough but it surprised me because the amount of breeze after my room was cool after a half hour of being on oscillating mode and the fan is definitely quiet. The remote definitely comes in handy it blows pretty far in my room.

It's great and super quiet. keeps my whole bedroom cool. it's way better then a standard fan or box fan (unless you like the dust build up and noise).... i keep it at the foot of my bed and i hardly even notice it's there. i'm also 35 weeks pregnant and it's not heavy at all. i can move it around easily and it's slim enough to walk past it without hitting my belly or anything, even in tight spaces. it comes up to about my hip/ribs give or take a little. 

my old fan used to require me to jack my TV volume up to hear anything and now i can't even hear the fan at all and my TV can stay at a reasonable volume. it's good for the baby on the way too since it's not overly loud or bulky

YES!

Except for a little difficulty using the remote (you have to have it aimed in exactly the right spot or it doesn't work), the fan is wonderful. I always buy Laskos. I have three-two tabletop and one tower. The all work well. The two tabletops ive had for three years and use them all the time. I highly recommend this fan!

I always buy Lasko!

It's kinda heavy also.. I struggled some putting it together. I have it in the corner of a room behind a desk, so I'm so glad for the remote. It works great. It seems powerful to me. I keep the speed at 1. The room its in is small.. This tower is meant for a medium to large room. Its really big.. It's 3 ft plus the pedestial and heavy..
But I love it.. It did smell heavy of new plastic when fan on but after 2 days it was gone..

Big, tall tower fan!!

Overall, I am very satisfied with this fan. It has 3 speeds and oscillates and also has a timer. The main reason I purchased it was because of the timer and oscillation. It moves a lot of air for such a compact fan. Definitely would buy another one if I needed it.

Great fan for the price!

I have bought several of these fans over the years to use in different parts of the house and never have had any problems. They are quiet (great for the bedrooms), really circulate the air (great for large rooms) and the price is reasonable (you get what you pay for).

Considering I use them 24/7, they hold out for about 5 years which is better than other brands I have bought in the past.

Great for the price!

I love this fan. it's exactly what I wanted. It emits a good amount of cooling air with
out blowing everything that isn't tied down across the room.  it is light weight and easy
to move from room to room. it's very quiet and does not take up much space.

Lasko tower fan...

I am very pleased with Lasko products...I have a taller fan than this one and it works like a charm with my air conditioner...the set up was easy and I have to give it to the company for packing the fan securely...it was tough getting it out of the box but it was in tact...good buy and I wanted to beat the summer rush...got it quickly too...goes nicely with my decor

Great Tower Fan

This is the first tower fan I've bought it is really great. It's perfect for a small/medium size room. The air flow is really good on low or high (we keep it on low to medium), even on high it's not noisy like the fan we had before. It cost more then a regular stand fan but well wroth it. It doesn't take up a lot of space which is great for our apartment. So far it's working excellent for us. Love the remote control too!

Lasko 36" tower fan works great.

Product works and I'm actually surprised by that considering "packaging" consisted of someone taping the top and bottom once (it didn't hold, top was ripped open) and pasting a shipping label on the product box. NO other "packaging," JET just shipped the fan in the original box. I now know better than to order anything fragile from JET.
