What can I say it's a Lasko.  Been using this model  for at least 20 years.  Buy a new one sometimes but the old ones never stop working so usually give them away.  Picked this one up for $30.  Over the years I've learned not to mess with the thermostat very much.  I mainly use the heater  on very cold days for extra heat in the RV

FINALLY!!!…a small compact heater that really kicks out heat even on high setting. I use this in typical bathroom ( SAFELY) and having tried heaters even twice the size from top name brands and never satisfied with a consistent and efficient heater, this Lasko surpassed my expectations. Set up and settings are easy and it's lightweight. High fan setting on competitive size/ feature products rarely produce measurable strong heat; LASCO delivers!

Really DOES what description says. Warms up quick.

This small heater is a great little appliance. I use it in my bathroom, away from water, to take the chill out of the air. When the bathroom get too warm, I turn on the fan which helps with the humidity as well as the temperature of the room. The heater is very easy to operate. It has plenty of power and runs off a common wall outlet. My only complaint is that it does not oscillate  like my previous heater. I have used the heater for a couple of months, and would recommend anyone purchase this appliance.

Great Small Heater for Small Space

Mean machine. These are all I buy. You want heat, these are great. No safety switch tip over off thing though. But you shouldn't leave space heaters unattended anyways.

It might be small, but it is powerful.  The heater is perfect for a small room, and the air blower covers the whole room.  It is better than the one we previously had.

Perfect for February weather

Nice  and comfortable heat . Helps break the chill on the cold floor. Kicks on and off efficiently and I keep it on low heat mostly and set the thermostat adjustment. 
Nice looking too and easy to move to different areas. The knobs are easy to see and figure out.

Heats well

It works fine as a simple heater. However the dial for different fan speeds is non existent . It is either Fan only (no heat) or on with heat. There is no difference in setting 1 or 2 for speed. The temp setting control is also somewhat a  farce . It shows what look like 13 different temp settings. The machine doesn't  even start until the fourth setting. If there is a difference between the lowest and highest temp setting, I cant feel it. Does it work as a small heater? Yes. However, It does not have the wide range of settings the dial indicates it has. Its either on or off and that's it.

Ok heater, but setting controls are useless.

Horrible, cheap!!!!  Tried to put knob on ( power %26 speed knob)— plastic and would NOT go onto the heater!!  Never had such a cheap heater.  Still need to return these to wal mart.  What a hassle!  Don't order!!!

Cheap, doesn't work!

at the first time i had tried the unit it was running good it seemed fine,but then the heater unit started to overheat i noticed a smell and luckily saw the unitbwas melting the case snd i also noticed if bumped over tipped over the heater unit did not have a working safety shut off it would keep running im needing a replacement and or a refund this was definitly a reject hazzard glad i caught it when i did before a fire ,now,how do i get my reinburstment purchased it 2 months ago??

this little heater worked well for only a couple of days. I used it properly but still it started smelling hot and even after I reset it it smelled like it was going to catch on fire. I threw it away after only two days of use
