Light

Hard to find a lamp tall enough to shine down over a computer monitor, etc. The lamp is perfect for my office...looks good, the "floor footprint" is small enough that it's not in the way, it's easily directable and throws plenty of soft light.

Other people who reviewed this lamp said they had problems with the threaded lamp post.  I took a little more time, you need to be careful and do not force the threading when when putting the pole together. I feel it is a little too tall for a reading light.  Also the goose neck is not the best and you might not be able to adjust it just the way you want it.  I do like the daylight spectrum it helps me wake up in the morning.  You may not like this if you use the light before going to sleep.

Naural lights

The lamps are great to  read by and do not put out any heat. The black fits in with our decor.

Sunlight floor light

Despite the description which mentions LED several times, the light we got was fluorescent, not LED.

Not an LED light

I was really happy to see that this lamp was available. I previously had one and loved it. I put the lamp together and it was working fine -then it just stopped working. I checked the connections and replaced the bulb. Nothing happened. Returned to the store. I'll try a different brand.
