[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there is nothing to dislike about this pillow it is amazing I have tried for a decade to find something that would help my neck shoulders and back and I'm in love I ordered a second one for a friend and referred a screenshot to my parents who also bought them and then my roommate ended up buying one for her son they're that good grab it while you can it's on sale and worth every penny I'd pay full price any day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happen to love this. It conforms to my back and neck. It cradles my shoulders, not like the foam ones that have " no give ". If you're looking for something firm keep looking.

It's soft!

Comfortable elevation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not firm enough, gives me a stiff neck when i fall asleep on it. Maybe one is not supposed to fall asleep on it but it happens. All in all I think a little over priced but very comfortable.

Pain in the neck

I thought this was a firm pillow. When I lay back I sink into it.  It doesnt look at all like the picture. Its very oddly shaped after taken from box.

Not what I expected.

I was expecting pillow to be full like photo. Instead, they are just three quarters full and soft. Not great to support back when reading. Would not recommend unless you want a funny shaped triangular pillow to sleep. Recommend manufacturer adds more fill.
