When I got this, I thought it was a conditioner. It's so thick and creamy, I thought there was no way it would suds up. But it does suds up! It's so nourishing and hydrating, cleansing but gentle on my hair. I love this so much!

I will not be without this, I found the other shampoos in the blond line to be a little drying for my hair, this is perfect. It does not weigh hair down. It is a guaranteed perfect hair day for me.

I am blown away by this new shampoo

My curly hair was super dry and frizzy after a covid winter and new highlights and this with the mask helped heal it and make it shiny again. I've been searching for a shampoo this gentle and moisturizing for years!

Miracle worker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best shampoo, I am so glad I found it. I am probably on my tenth jar. I have extremely dry hair and I need every product in my routine to do the most. I love how hydrating this shampoo is, but it also lathers so well. As a bonus it helps maintain my blonde. It's a bit expensive, but a little product goes a long way so it lasts much longer than you would expect. Highly recommend!

Absolute favorite

Best shampoo for bleached blonde hair. From the first time I use it; I found it to be really softening to my hair, my ends were so dry and fried from the many times of highlights over and over.

What a find!  Le Bain Cicaextreme Shampoo keeps my fragile, fine, dry, blonde-highlighted hair healthy with hydrating, strand-protecting body.  Not sure how it works, but it is definitely effective.  Used with Cicaflash conditioner, my hair stays strong with tangle-free silkiness.

I was pleasantly suprised with this product.  I have short, highlighted blonde, fine hair.  Just a tiny bit of this shampoo creates the creamiest lather, not foamy bubbles, but silky, creamy lather that smells divine. My hair is soft, bouncy and shiny after blowdrying with increased volume.

WHY would you discontinue this product? This is the ONLY shampoo I use ! It is the ONLY shampoo that allows me to comb my hair without going section by section starting from the bottom and combing out a birds nest of knots !! No matter what conditioner, treatment, serums, leave-ins , oils it does NOT matter unless I use this shampoo !! Nothing else leaves my hair in comb- able shape , and feeling and looking great ! Even my hairdresser compliments me on my hair ! I am a fifty five year young woman , and have long thick shiny blonde hair . My hair is in the shape it is in because of your products , most of all , this SHAMPOO! You just broke my heart ! ( and now probably my hair : (

You have nothing in your line that is even a close replacement? Why was this discontinued and do you have plans on a product to replace this? This product is amazing for natural blonds and there really is nothing to compare anywhere. I do hope there are plans in place for a replacement??? Hopeful.....

This product was not nearly as hydrating as I thought it would be. I have pretty damaged, color-treated hair, and I thought this would help, but the conditioner is really what does the trick. It seems I can use almost any shampoo and get the same effect.

I did not love this product unfortunately. I had recently had my hair done with bleach ombré balayage and highlights over 7 hours worth of work and I really wanted to make sure I took care of it after such a damaging process. But this product along with the conditioner did not help how I expected it to. I love this line and use the leave in nightly and love the scent but this was a miss!
