Plastic

I have owned two of these over the years. Have given it to friends 2 or 3 times now. Best wine opener I've ever used!

Wine In Time

Wine bottles are easy to open using this but the quality of the plastic is substandard versus the Screwpull we had previously so I don't expect it to last as long.

It's a disappointment and too expensive for mostly plastic. I would just asoon return it for refund!

Disappointed!

This is made of a flimsy plastic and doesn't stay on top of a wine bottle.  Any pressure causes the 2 sides to slip off the lip of the bottle and there is no way the corkscrew can be used.  I can't believe you are selling such a failure of a product.

I wouldn't buy this product again

Bought this because America's Test Kitchen rated this a a good buy, and being as it was La Creuset, Thought it would be a nice Christmas gift even thought it was not the most expensive.

Would not buy this again

DO NOT BUY. I'm shocked at how quickly this broke. I literally used it once and the screw portion got all twisted weirdly after removing the cork. It must be some of the poorest quality metal available.

Broke after first use. Customer service is terrible
