[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boy absolutely loves this toy! The LeapFrog Touch & Learn eReader has become one of his favorites because it feels like a “big kid tablet,” but it's made just for learning and play.

He enjoys pressing the colorful buttons and watching the little screen light up with fun characters.
The stories and songs keep him entertained for a long time. He especially likes the quizzes—it makes him laugh and feel proud when he
gets answers right.
The alphabet and word games are helping him practice letters without it feeling like schoolwork.
The design is strong and safe, so I don't worry when he plays rough with it.

A wonderful learning toy that makes my boy happy while teaching him early reading skills. Definitely worth it for toddlers and preschoolers.

Runs on 3 AA batteries. With regular daily play, they usually last several days to about a week. Luckily, it has an auto shut-off after about 45 seconds of no use to save power. Rechargeable AAs work well if your child plays a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Designed specifically for small hands and active kids, the Touch & Learn eReader is a durable and user-friendly device.
Kid-friendly construction: The device is lightweight and portable, making it perfect for use at home or on the go. Its robust design can withstand the inevitable drops and bumps of toddlerhood.
Easy to use: The screen is bright, clear, and easy for young children to interact with. Its straightforward design allows kids to navigate the stories and games independently, which builds confidence.
No Wi-Fi needed: This is a major benefit for many parents, as the eReader is a screen-time option that doesn't require an internet connection, removing distractions and promoting focused learning.
While it doesn't offer the expansive library of some larger systems, the LeapFrog Touch & Learn eReader is a powerful, self-contained educational toy. The quality of the preloaded content, combined with its child-friendly design, makes it a top-tier choice for parents seeking a positive introduction to reading for their preschoolers. It successfully combines entertainment with education, providing a valuable learning tool that kids genuinely enjoy using.

Great replacement for traditional tablets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Leap Frog Touch and Learn eReader is such a great educational toy. My little guy is just starting to recognize his letters and is able to read along with the eReader. I love how this eReader offers stories, songs and even story quizzes. This eReader helps him build words and quiz himself and work at his on pace. Thank you @ LeapFrog and @Influenster this is such a great educational toy.

Leapfrog eReader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how portable this LeapFrog eReader is — it's lightweight and easy to take anywhere. The durability is impressive; my toddler has dropped it a few times and it still works perfectly. The interactive features keep her engaged for long periods, and the educational value is amazing since she's learning new words every day. The battery life lasts surprisingly long, so I don't have to constantly recharge it. Overall, it's a great learning tool that combines fun and education in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been so helpful in teaching my little how to read! He loved to interact with all leap frog products but this is his favorite. We use it at home in the car and at restaurants. Keeps him entertained and teaches him at the same time

Very helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a fun little toy! Has lots to work on educationally and my boy is a little young for its use but was still able to engage. Good for motor skills with him pressing buttons and mirroring how we use phones and tablets! Mining the works and sounds with him was great and had him talking! It's definitely something you'd want to do with your child but is a good tool to help with development and I could see that improving as he gets older and more independent to practice language skills.

Great learning toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This leap frog e reader is wonderful! It is very simple to use and really catches your little one's attention with the screen and music! My daughter is loving it, and learning her letters using this e reader! She loves listening to the stories on here and trying to follow along! It has a volume button and all the letter keys, just very easy and straight forward. This would be great for little ones trying to learn to read and write and useful for trips!
