I bought one for each of my 2 granddaughters who are 7 and 4 and they played for hours with it. The youngest couldn't wait to get home to play with it in the bathtub. Very user friendly for little ones.

My son loves this set! It is very well made and durable. Unlike other sets we have purchased in the past from other brands, the magnets are strong and work well!

My 4 year-old grandson is all about pretend play. When I gave him this play set for Christmas, he grabbed his step stool, filled my kitchen sink with water and spent a good hour on his fishing "trip."

Good for the imagination

This was a gift for a 2nd birthday, and it was definitely a hit. Not much fanfare when it was opened, since it is all in the little tackle box and to a 2 year old it doesn't look that cool, but the mom sent me video of her son playing with it after and he was having a blast and looked so cute with the little vest on. Quality item, and now I want one for my daughter..I could see her having a lot of fun with this. Age range says 3+ but I think as long as you know your 2 year old is past the stage of putting everything in their mouth, they should be safe...it's just that the little worms have magnets on them and are small enough to swallow. I would think this would be fun for ages 2 through at least 4, maybe 5 depending on the kid.

as being so impressed with the play food from this brand this product is cheap plastic and hallowed upon slightly bending the seems separate i can tell that even though i will be keeping as it is a xmas gift i know it will not survive long with my sons and at almost 40 dollars its extreamly cheaply made
