Great for kids!

We enjoy seeking out the products that encourage creativity and imagination, as well as the products that can engage the entire family! Well one company that I have relied on for years with my kids when it comes to finding those products is Learning Resources, and when we got the Mental Blox, we were once again pleased with our choice! We found this to be a fun puzzle like game that my kids were able to do together. I loved watching to see how while the kids played, it really got the gears going in their heads. I like that it is geared towards being a game that challenges the kids with the various puzzles that they can build using the blocks. I also liked that with the 3 levels of play, that even after the kids completed one level, they could continue to be challenged over and over again! Which in all has made this game not only a great one for having in the home, especially on those cold and rainy days, but also a product that I have added to my list of great gifts to give this coming holiday season!

Learning Resources® Mental Blox 360° 3-D Building Game is an amazingly fun brain-boosting game for kids! My kids and I love games and as a homeschooling mom I'm especially fond of ones that are educational. Learning Resources® Mental Blox 360° 3-D Building Game is also incredibly fun to play. I really love that this game uses logical thinking and visual perspective to build and solve puzzles. I also love that there's 3 levels of play so there's a level that's just right for your child. 

Another great thing about Mental Blox 360° 3-D Building Game is that it's for one player or more. I'm also a huge fan of the bright colored blocks as I know my kids are as well. My kids will sit at the table playing this game for over an hour and I'm totally amazed at how quiet, focused and determined they are. As homeschooling mom I definitely appreciate the quiet but I also love seeing them so engaged with something that it educational for them!

My Kids Absolutely Love this Game!!!

This is an awesome 3-D puzzle activity. The first time opening this box and my four year old was hooked (I know it's for five+ year olds, my sic year old loves it too). There are 40 puzzles cards, they both did them all with a very limited amount of help, but a good amount of time working out the problems. The best benefit, in my opinion, is the way it makes them look at a problem differently, using a part of the brain that needs to be exercised as much as kids need physical exercise. It really is a great brain-boosting, make them think in a visual way game.

My whole family loves it

I love brain stimulating games for my kids especially ones that don't require a crazy amount of technology to start using. Mental Blox 360 is an innovative challenge for kids built on using basic shapes. My kids love building things, but when put to the challenge to create 3-d puzzles from different perspectives opens up their creativity to an entirely new level. The game features 40 double-sided cards that feature the puzzle on the front and solution on the back so my kids can play and learn all by themselves. There are there levels of play so kids definitely enhance their spatial visualization, critical thinking and problem skills as they advance through the different levels. While both my kids enjoy doing the puzzles on their own, they also love to challenge each other to see who can complete them faster. I even find myself enjoying the challenges while playing with my kids.

Simple yet stimulating and fun

We received this product for free in exchange with my honest review. I was so surprise how my children react to this toy after we tried it out. To start with, My children already have wooden blocks toy and they didn't do much with it. I was curious about this toy and wonder what make it different from the others so I checked out the product information on the website. I noticed that this toy comes with puzzle cards. So we gave it a try. When we received it, both of my children were quite excited. There are light weight and very colorful blocks inside. There are 40 cards feature the puzzle on the front and the solution on the back. My daughter was very curious about the cards. So we took them out and see how to play using these cards. The cards can be divided into 3 colours which means there are 3 levels. The green ones are the easiest. Surprisingly, My daughter had a lot of fun! She just kept playing with it, cards after cards. Even myself, I found I had a lot of fun, trying to solve each card with her. It is very interesting. I think the price is not too bad. Plus this toy encourage my daughter to problem solves and being quite creative. The box also have an outline to put blocks back where they belong which made my daughter enjoy putting them away without complaining as well.

As Millennials, we are naturally drawn to anything that looks like Tetris so when we were sent Mental Blox 360° it was game over. This isn't any old puzzle game, this one really makes you think, it's almost like playing a Tetris/Monuments Valley mashup in real life. You get these cards with an innocuous picture on them and then with the allotted blocks you have to figure out as quickly as you can how to make the design. Really, it is mental. We have seen a few 3D Building Game's but this one has a fun alternate perspective take on it that really makes it fun for the whole family. You can even compete in teams to see who can create their cards image the quickest. Family game night just got mental! This is a quality product with blocks made to last a long long time with many uses. We can't recommend this STEM set enough.

This Game Is Mental!

I was sent this item for my honest review. All opinions are mine alone. My 5-year-old daughter instantly took to this product. She really enjoyed trying to match the blocks to the pictures and soon started building her own shapes for fun, too! Some of the pictures were hard to understand (it would look like you need a single orange cube but there are none in the box, for instance), but they were great overall.
