I'm using mine as an indoor rug in a guest bedroom/office. I had a wide selection to choose from and delivery was prompt. Rug arrived in excellent shape and is well made and of substantial weight and thickness, not some cheapy, thin mat. You'd never know it was an indoor/outdoor rug!

The color was a little more brown than I was expecting but overall lovely for the price.

Great rug for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used my new rug yet as I'm waiting for my new patio table and chairs to arrive which won't be until sometime in June.  I must say, though, the rug looks beautiful and the colors are gorgeious.  My new patio set is going to be teak wood so should look great against the colors in my new rug.

Patio rug

This rug is a beautiful color, wonderfully large size, soft on the feet but it already has some snags/pulls and we have only had it on the floor a few days. It is a high trafficked area (yoga studio front boutique) but still...everyone is barefoot or flip flops/sneakers, no heels, cleats, boots etc...

Almost Perfect!

The color blend on this rug is perfect for our dining area. Really pulled the room together. However I’m a bit disappointed that it already has several snags in it. I’ve only had it down for a month. I thought since it was an “indoor/outdoor” rug that it would have been more durable. Bought the extended coverage. Just dreading the process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always ordered my rugs from rugs usa and have been impressed with all of them. I’ve ordered 7 or 8. This one on the other hand was not up to par. I ordered a 12 foot runner. The main problem I have is that it’s crooked and doesn’t run straight. It bows about in the middle. I am not referring to it laying flat, but the shape of it.  I’m keeping it regardless, was a decent price and color suits my space well. Just wish it was a perfect rectangle and didn’t jank off to the side in the middle.

12 ft runner

Feels very soft and color is beautiful but I can’t get it to lay down flat. It looks like it’s pulling from different directions causing it to pucker up in spots. I’m still working with it by placing heavy objects on it to see if it will lay flat. So for now it’s a three but I hope to increase the rating.

Beautiful but wrinkly

This rug exceeded my expectations for look and feel. It’s quite soft - not at all plasticy feeling which I’d worried about given the material. It also has beautiful colors and is a nice, neutral transitional rug. But I’ve had it less than a month and already it’s fraying in multiple places. It arrived with a loop frayed and I’d hoped it was an isolated incident but after a couple weeks of use, there are several other pieces of material popping up and other areas look very worn. I worry that in less than a year this will need to be replaced.

Beautiful rug, but may not be very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somewhat disappointed in this rug. The salt and pepper definitely appears more warm grey online than in person. It’s not as good of quality as I was expecting. It came with some snags in it before we even had the chance to get any wear on it. But it’s too big for me to deal with the hassle of sending it back, so we are just making it work.

Don’t love

Bought 2 rugs, one was okay. I took a chance on the runner for my hallway, because of other reviews of them being cut wrong. Well, I should’ve listened. Runner is not even close to being cut right. Looks terrible, but don’t have time for returning, so I will not be purchasing one for my living room now. Should have listened to reviews.

This rug is not good quality. I ordered my first one and within a month it had 2 snags. I exchanged it for a new one and now it’s been about 3 1/2 weeks and I just noticed a pull in it this afternoon. I am incredibly disappointed in the poor quality of this supposedly durable rug.
