Delivered as promised with no issues and very happy with function and quality.

Great Water Hose and Reel

The retractor and catch latch malfunctioned from the first time I tried to use them, they continue to be at best inconsistent in their performance.  We have elected to leave the hose stretched out on the ground because the retraction and catch latch fail to work.

Disappointed

It is not easy to
Opérate. It gets stuck.

Not too good

This is a disappointed item.  It is very hard to wind the hose.  Besides, the letters of the manual are so small to read.  As a result, we left without using it.

Handling the hose is very hard.

Bought this March 2020, worked OK for about 18 months and then the automatic retractor quit working. Followed the retractor tensioning instructions but spring fails to stay tensioned. Will be returning it since it is still under the 2 year warranty.
