not sure if it's correlated to taking these but…i am 1 week PP and i went from pumping 1-1.5oz to pumping 2oz for the first time! i pump about every 3-4 hrs except at night sometimes im too tired and skip, i only ever pump 1.5oz 2-3 times a day the rest is a little under or 1oz. i've only been taking these for 2 days so im excited to see how much i pump by the end of the 10 day supply!

I haven't been taking for very long but I feel like when I take this, I pump more and I feel full quicker compared to when I don't take it. I will update as time goes on but I really think it's worth trying honestly! I'm going to order a few more things to try out from this brand😍

Great product!

I was a “just enougher” when it came to my milk supply. After taking these I began to produce enough to have a freezer supply. I still don't produce a crazy amount or anything but I do produce more than before. I like these and would recommend them. It took about a week of taking them to start working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has made a noticeable difference in my milk supply and has contributed to my ability to continue breastfeeding my baby for as long as we both want!

This has actually helped my supply and flow rate! My baby would cry at the breast multiple times a day due to my slow flow rate before this supplement. Now that happens way less often. It's a bit pricey but I'm thankful it actually does something!

After taking this twice a day, with a meal each time, I noticed about after a few days I had a slight increase of 1/2 an oz. Nothing too dramatic but in the moment it felt great to see an increase as I was an extreme underproducer. As far as texture, taste and smell: There was no texture it's just a capsule but it is kinda big; but still easy to swallow. It does have a taste from the ground cumin seeds.. and tied in w/ the smell it smelt %26 tasted like pencil sharper shavings idk how else to explain it.

Did not help with my supply. I've learned that hydration and resupplying your iron along with consistent pumping/feeding has helped with producing.

Didn't work for me

I went from pumping 4oz %26 6oz to pumping not even 1oz after I started taking these pills. These pills did not helps my supply at all it DEPLETED my supply severely

DEPLETED MY SUPPLY TREMENDOUSLY

I'm struggling to make enough milk. I've solely pumped as my son was 3 months early and had to be tube fed in the hospital. Once he got home he was used to the bottle and wouldn't feed off me. I cut down how many times a day I was pumping and my supply fell off. My son is 11 months now and I've tried everything. Power pumping these vitamins by themselves and pump princess, liquid gold, and milkapakooza. I read another review that taking all 3 worked.  But no improvement and I keep declining. If anyone has another idea please share! 😔
