I ordered this knife set to replace one I had had for over 10 years. The new set is described as "soft touch", which is different from my original silver set. This red set was like a silicone material, but it was covered in some sort of sticky glue like substance. I tried wiping them with a damp cloth to no avail. Wetting them with just water caused a whitish tinge to the red silicone.  I returned them within 2 hours of receiving them.

So disappointed....
