Love this set!!! Fun couple hours of building, and looks soo cool!! especially next to my other Groot sets! <3 
Some of the little pieces, (like teeth and fingers) are a bit tricky to get in the right place but overall quite a casual build.

WE ARE GROOT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set combines 2 favorite characters in our family... Groot and venom!
My oldest child (12) was ecstatic to know this even existed, let alone got to build it. He had a blast making it and we were all happy to find that there were no pieces missing.
As you can see from the pic, he is pretty epic! And you are able to change it to be more Groot or venom like as you want.
We all love him and are excited to get more of these amalgamation Lego kits

Holy moly

This was a fun build, I built it side-by-side with the original groot and it was interesting seeing the subtle differences. If you want to do the full venomized version you will need to get the instructions from the Lego app. It's good to see the hip joints have been upgraded which makes it much more stable and posable.

Fun build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children who are 11, nine, seven and four has recently gotten into groot - specifically groot. So it was very natural to pick up one of these as I think they might enjoy putting it together. My 11 year old and nine year old I had such an amazing bonding time putting this together. The kids were all so amazed by how realistic it looks, and had so much fun doing it together. This is such an amazing iconic piece!

The best groot!

I'm so glad I made this purchase. Venom/Groot is adorable and fun to build. I absolutely love him and my son stole him to display in his room lol.

I love this Venom Groot

I'm not a Marvel fan or any superhero for that matter, but hes adorable and something about the venom look is fun! Just wish the instructions showed how to turn him all venom. Pieces are all there but not the instructions. Otherwise super fun!

Love him! And I've never seen the movies!

This was a fun build, I like the option to have either half venom or full venom version. However, I did not like the fact that you had to use the online option to build the full venom version. They should have provided both options in the instruction booklet. Overall though fun build and great addition to my collection. Left him as half venom version cause I didnt want to have to use the online instructions.

Fun build - but disappointed with 1 thing

A creative, fun and customisable model that looks impressive when built. My 10 year old had a lot of fun with this build.

I love the character design itself but when you get to the head it doesn't fit together perfectly. As your adding peices, other pieces are falling off. Some don't fit right and you struggle to get them to connect. Not sure if I just got a bad set but even after I finally got it built , it was falling apart.  The mouth does not stay up no matter what you try.  A few of the smaller pieces that you connect to the brown rods don't stay on very great either.  This was one of the worst pieces to build that I have encountered.

I build the whole thing, then they don't even have directions on how to venomize him over. It just ends and they expect people to know how to just do it blows my mind. Would not recommend this product to any advance to beginners.
