This set is the perfect Micro fighter set. It is not challenging to build, so anyone can build it. I like the unique blue color on the Y-wing, and it matches the minifigure perfectly. Captain Rex was the perfect choice for a minifigure for this set, that way I can finally have Rex in my collection! 
I genuinely hope to see more sets like this in the future, like maybe an Emperor Shuttlecraft, or an Ewok Speeder.

10/10 Star Wars Lego set

LEGO

Great addition to the micro collection, from the final episode of The Clone Wars. 
The Rex mini figure is cool, complete with cloth shoulder pad and my favorite detail...under his helmet, he has a plaster on his head where his behaviour chip was taken out.
For a small set it's a quick & easy build, but with enough to do to get those lego building endorphins going.

Captain Rex Y Wing Fighter

I bought this set for the Captain Rex minifigure, as it is a great minifigure (thank you for the cloth pauldron) and I have been matching minifigures with my LEGO Star Wars Helmet collection.  The Y-Wing is fun and a decent build, too, but I'm not into the microfighters that much so I will use the parts in other creations.

Great way to get the newest Captain Rex minifigure for cheap. Good build design and great detail on the helmet and body.

Superb Y-Wing micro-ship. Featuring the iconic clone Captain Rex. My daughter loves the ship and I love what this set represents in relation to the clone war. Beautiful

This is a great Lego set, especially for a Star Wars fan. Easy to read and understand directions. Provides hours of fun.

Building Fun

The set is extremely fun and easy to build and the fact that you get Captain Rex for so little is a dream contest true.

100% worth it

Captain Rex has always been one of my favorite characters, and I was disappointed that all the minis of him were so expensive, especially when I saw that Lego was releasing a UCS with him, which I took to mean that he wouldn't be in a cheap set for a while. I was mistaken. I was so happy when I heard of this set. I was jumping up and down. I ordered it the day it came out. THANK YOU LEGO!

I really like the fig, And it is a great alternative to the Venator. This guy is is a tiny bit less detailed than the 2013 BARC speeder set, but it looks awesome. Very cheap too, a great gift for a good report card or other small reward. The micro Y-wing is super easy to build, and is the same from the ending of the clone wars episode "Victory and Death". I recommend, must-buy for fans.

Lego: mission passed +respect

Not a bad set especially for those who did not already have a Capt Rex fig. No it's not perfect but it's still very good. Not everyone can afford to buy the Venator. I thought it was good form on Lego's part to release this set.

Great looking Rex

All jokes aside I love how lego didn't keep such an iconic character set aside only for adults to keep stashed away in a drawer. I honestly think lego made a great move. Ps: the 1 star rating is a joke.
