[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my son already loves John Deere, so the excitement of this technic tractor is high! He put it together in just over an hour, and it is now the top display in his Lego collection. He loves the moving parts, and the fact that it looks like a real miniature John Deere tractor. The main tractor and the back attachment lifts and swivels to simulate real movement. The detail on this set is impressive. Great addition to Lego Technics!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego technic John Deere 4WD tractor was a great wonderful building with the little boy! Lego once again out did their self with this build kit. It is very realistic right down to the last piece! My son enjoyed putting it together I did help but I also just set back and watch him do almost all of the work.  This is a wonderful collection to add to his Lego build sets.  It was a challenge to build  but the realistic movement and mechanisms that was put into this master work makes it worth having it! Way to go Legos!

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10-year-old son was so excited with the John Deere 9620R 4WD Tractor. As he was putting it together he was showing us all the different features including how the wheels of that particular style of tractor turn. He put the whole thing together by himself. He is a huge Lego fan and John Deer fan so this was the best of both worlds. Once he had the tractor and wagon together he continued to play driving it all over the floor. Dad was super impressed with the detail and since we live in John Deer farm country we see a lot of the real thing and this model matched up very well. With a few breaks and supper, my 10-year-old had this put together in one afternoon into the evening. This will be a treasured addition to not only his Lego collection but also his Tractor collection as well.

Hours of fun building and playing!

The John Deere - 42136 - set is fantastic, with playability not only for Technic beginners. The use of the small turntable element (parts 99009 and 99010) is practical. Hence, the placement is ideal to deliver the realistic movement of a 9620R John Deere Tractor.
I have been around farm equipment my whole life, and John Deere is a gem in the agricultural economy. I am over the moon to see that The Lego Group has released another licensed farming vehicle set. The 42114 - 6x6 Volvo Articulated Hauler - set was a decent build and one mean machine (IRL), though the overall finished product is not among my top ten (or even 20) Technic set. Now, looking a the possibilities for 42136, I see only an open sky of developing from the original. I have a couple of sets, but I am starting with one and will continue to work on adding more over the next couple of months. So far, I have built the set and expanded the trailer–plus a bit of "bedazzling."
Overall, this set is near perfection and is now in my top 10 Technic sets. I have attached a photo of the set with a few touches of my own.

Lego® Technic™—Best Set of 2022 (Without Control+)

U will not regret this thing it is awesome experience building it and playing with my kids with it! The bold is solid and it handles little hands playing with it good!
Thee thing that is maybe a draw back abit is the wheels don't t have the locking Lego pieces and there is no room for them on the axle Lego part, but otherwise is manageable!
Get this set u won't regret it!

Tractor is awesome

As a kid I always built my own tractors and equipment form our parts bin. My parents surprised me one day with #8281 Mini Tractor. As a kid I loved it as it was the first actual Lego tractor that I had resembling a John Deere. 

Years later I would buy my first set purchased in a long time… the #42054 Claas Xerion 5000. As a Canadian farmer it didn't quite scratch the itch, as there weren't many tractors of this kind in the area, with most of our tractors being John Deere or Case IH. I enjoyed the build and displayed it proudly nonetheless. 

Then I saw the release of this set. Having worked on and operated this machine in real life, I was over the moon. I really like all the detail that mirrors the real tractor, classic tan colored seat, the headlights, the articulating point, the Starfire 6000 GPS bubble on the roof sticker. As a kid this would have been a dream, and I'm excited to let my kids play with it one day. As for now it resides in my farm office on display! 

The only thing I wish they would have included is a little GPS screen like the Claas set had to complete the GPS technology look!

Lego has finally delivered!

Kids love it!

Bought this for one of my sons.  He put it together quickly and loves it.  It looks great with his other sets,  like the Cat bulldozer and the Volvo articulated truck.  We hope that more John deere sets are released.

Great set

The tractor is very close to the real thing the dump trailer is nice and all but to make it better have 8 tires to make it a true 4 wheel drive and add a disc or a planter or any farm equipment to make it better

Nice set needs more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This John Deere tractor is awesome when it's finished being assembled. It does take a bit of time to put together, but it's well worth it when you see the final product. I for one love putting things like this together just for the pure enjoyment of the project. The kids however seem to enjoy the after part when getting to play with it's moving parts. The tilt trailer is a great addition on this one that makes it even more fun than just being able to push it around.
