I have used this product several times. It works very well. It is simple to use, I had to used it twice to get the residue that was on the inside of the dishwasher (it says on the package you may need to do it more than once unless it's a new machine). Now I use it every month or so to keep it clean. Plus I love the lemon scent.

First time using Lemi Shine dishwasher cleaner, and I was very satisfied. This product comes as a powder in a pouch, you sprinkle it on the bottom of your dishwasher and run as usual. The stainless steel interior of my dishwasher was literally sparkling! It created a clean lemon scent and there was no residue left behind. I liked this more than the cascade brand that I normally buy. This will be my go to, from now on.

I had bad hard water build up, so I had to use two at a time, but it got almost all of the hard water off!   After a couple cycles I did it again and it was clean!

This worked!

My dishwasher was really bad inside from hard water.  1 use and it was much better, should have used 2 packages.  Will use it every month now.

Great Stuff

Great product but I was charged WAY too much and received just one packet for Eleven Dollars!  Walmart refunded my money.  You want to get a box of four.  Leaves the dishwasher sparkling clean and smelling fresh.

Does a good job getting the stinky smell out of the dishwasher. Lemon scent is kind of strong but I am sensitive when it comes to fragrances.

It didn't really do the job.  To be fair, i had quite a problem with black mold (fungus) growing on the dishwasher tub.  I scrubbed the inside thoroughly with vinegar and then baking soda.  Poking around the Internet I discovered that using the heat-dry feature also helps prevent a mold problem.  I'm now doing that AND adding a dishwasher cleaner tablet (another brand) once a month.

So-So But I May Be At Fault

It's about the same price as the one with 4 in it. I thought that is what I ordered

I bought this product on recommendation from a friend. I haven't used it yet, but was very surprised to see one little packet only!
I thought I was buying a box of 4 packets for $8! 
How can one little packet be $8?

Is that all there is?!!

I love Lemishine's garbage disposal and washing machine cleaners, but not this one. Very chemical smell to it, and it didn't do much good.
