(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this as a work backpack. It has plenty of pockets for my laptop, headphones, wallet, keys, badge, mouse, tumbler, and more. The straps are long enough and feel pretty comfortable so far. The side elastic pockets are good for a small unbrella and a smaller water bottle.

this was perfect for my flight and trip to Europe...great design, good quality, light, and is the perfect size.  I was able to hold my neck pillow, jacket, laptop, cords, small bag for bathroom supplies, and a travel size cpap machine...plenty of space and well designed.

One thing that caught my eye, though, is that it comes with limited lifetime warranty. I do need a guaranteed backpack for carrying stuffs and in case anything bad happens, at least there's the option to get it replaced.
