Need to go one size up to your regular size. For reference, I am small size and weight 133 lbs. Perfect compression. It helps with my posture as well. Will use only at home.

Loved it, this panty help me up my butt and the panty shapes my hips and flattens my belly. I use it frequently.

Make me feel great.

Underwear is a little on the thick side. If you have a muffin top, order something else. Excess skin oozes out of the top. I need to lose weight to fit into this one.

I love the fabric. It is snug and thick. The pant definitely does the job and dresses go on more smoothly.

Snug and smooth

So, I have mixed feelings about this compression panty. The material itself is comfortable, but maybe that's because it doesn't have much compression material in the tummy area. This panty made my waist snatched like no other, with NO muffin top, so I love that aspect. But it didn't do anything for my lower belly pooch; in fact, it almost made it stick out more because my waist was so snatched. Great for waist control, but not for lower tummy control!

Good in some areas, not so much in others

I think this would've been a nice option other than a knee length shape wear if it didn't squeeze “belly fat” up leaving a bulge
