I bought this for my granddaughter for her 4th birthday four. She is taking tap and ballet. She was so excited that she got her own Wii game.

We should have sat down and figured the game out before giving it to her. Her mom was so frustrated trying to figure it out while the little one was just wanting to dance and have fun with her new game. My granddaughter quickly lost interest and her mom gave up. I'm not sure they've touched it since.

I'm sure with reading and learning the game first then being able to get to the fun stuff fast it would be much better with younger kids.

We played this game the first time and spent 45 minutes reading a bunch of nonsense. There is no dancing. Just a ton of text you have to go through that is just awful. After all this reading you dont even get to dance. You practice pointing the remote at these music bubbles. I gave up and did the game while my daughter just pretended to dance like the girl they show. I cant believe after all this there isnt any ballet. We have spent about 2 hours on the game and have not got to any ballet yet. I dont know if there is any or not. My daughter still had fun watching and pretending she was a ballerina but i consider it a total waste of money.

Like ballerina's? Read a book instead!

This game is horrible! Do not buy it. It is not a dancing game. Luckily my four yr old doesn't realize she is only dancing along. I have to point the remote to get the notes for her so she thinks she is doing something. That seems to be the whole game- point at notes and popping them in time. Pointless!
