The mugs are quality, solid and nicely balanced. The seam is indeed in the middle of the handle, however it is not sharp or in anyway annoying.  The mugs seem steady to me and not likely to tip over if slightly knocked. They are easy to clean to the bottom. The glass seems to be  a high quality. High recommended

The best glass mug ever! Attractive, can fit an entire can of soda, high quality glass that's a pleasure to use, and a handle big enough for my construction worker hands.

None better

I am in the process of replacing our cups and dishes to get away from plastic and ceramics. These cups hold 16 ounces and I can use them for hot and cold drinks, and for soups and stews. They are are very comfortable to hold.  I got this set because it looked sturdy and it is.  My daughter said the handle is too big for her, so I will get her something smaller. The rest of the family loves them. I'm so happy I bought these and would purchase again.

These great cups are versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these mugs. No lead. Sturdy. I had bought them for use with my children when they request hot chocolate before school on cold mornings but found them a touch large and heavy for 3-9 year olds but I compensate by making 1/3 of a cup of beverage instead of a fuller mug. I use them for coffee when I want my drink to cool faster as these release heat faster than a stainless steel mug. That's a benefit in my opinion and not unlike every other coffee mug. The appeal was the lack of lead or heavy metals. They wash easily by hand or dishwasher.

These mugs are excellent for hot beverages.  They are thick walled, very sturdy made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these coffee, smoothie and tea mugs! We got 2 sets and use them all day long in our large family of 7. They are fairly sturdy. Def good value.

Great beautiful thick clear glass

We are enjoying these mugs. We have had no problem microwaving them for two minutes. Four stars because there is a ridge in the handle which is a bit uncomfortable.

We wanted to love these, but the lip edge chips easily. Half are chipped now and we have not had them 6 months. We have no chipping issues with any other coffee cups or glasses.

Been a month using it. Since there are multiple mugs, I wasn't aware of this critical defect until last night when my husband cut himself on one of these. There is a seam on each glass on the handle and one of them was not finished well with rugged edges. Even had a chip and scratch. We were shocked that a glass mug could cause a cut like this. Terrible quality control. This brand has lost our trust
