I had pains in my leg that was annoying...and it kind of created a restless leg thing. I used this cream for 2 days and it went away! I will still use it every few days just as a preventive.

I happened to buy this for my leg muscles.  I work and am on my feet five hours a day and my leg muscles are very sore.  After purchasing this LifeFlo Magnesium lotion I honestly see a huge difference.  I rub my legs with the lotion before I go to work and before bedtime.  It has helped the soreness extremely well and now can leave work and actually walk to my car with so much more ease.  I'm grateful I found this medicated lotion.  It certainly is worth a try.

Has relieved my sore leg muscles extremely well.

For anyone who suffers from leg cramps like I do, I HIGHLY recommend this lotion. I shared it with my neighbor friend and she also raves about it and bought it for her family members. It truly works! The moisturizing benefits are just an added bonus.

It's pretty thick lotion.  It absorbs really well. I purchased it because of the magnesium I was told I needed for muscle pain. I am amazed at how well it works and just ordered more.

This helps you sleep. I don't know if this is what did it but I've been putting it on. I heard you were supposed to put it on the bottom of your feet.

I was skeptical but one use changed my mind.  While on a family vacation took my land locked legs for a walk in soft sand and by evening was miserable with cramping of the calf muscles.   My SIL had this product on hand so I tried it.  Within 20 minutes she became my best friend ever!  Not a cure but definitely could feel the difference.  Immediately ordered one for my home.   Perfect topical for gentle relief of overworked muscles.  Smooth and non-greasy on your skin.  No unpleasant smells or unnecessary fragrance.

This product is amazing.  Since I fast regularly, I need to supplement magnesium.  I get tired of taking supplements and so I tried this product.   I rub it into my legs and feet right before bed and it relaxes my muscles so that I am able to sleep soundly.

I purchased this product to assist with my ever increasing restless leg symptoms and aid in deeper sleeping abilities.  It is unscented perfect for me.  The pump on the container doesn't work and the lotion itself is thick, greasy and takes a lot of rubbing for a lengthy time to ever feel comfortable that I wasn't leaving it on where ever I sat or was lying down.  For exactly that reason I would not recommend this product.  I also don't believe it's a good value for the money.

Lotion is thick, greasy %26 rubs off too easily

Magnesium is counting itself as a tool or a cure for neuropathy and that's not true. It does absolutely nothing for my pain in my feet and hands so if you're getting it for neuropathy don't bother.
