Great product

Magnesium penetrates the skin so dissolved this in H20 and sprayed on the feet at night.  It actually worked to reduce psoriasis into remission.

Making this up myself is so much cheaper and I am sure it is as good as the ready made products and so much cheaper. This will last a long long time.

Good Price

I used the Life-Fro Pure Magnesium Flakes to make magnesium oil. It is so much less expensive to make the oil than to purchase it already made. The Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Flakes  dissolve quickly and make great “oil.”
