I've been using Lifeproof cases for a few years now. One particular bad year I broke 5 different phones. Once I discovered Lifeproof my phone damage stopped ! You can drop your phone any which way and it will survive. They're a little pricey but after my experience with this case it's well worth the money. It's like having extra insurance, I won't buy any other case.

I've had the Lifeproof Fre for the past few years with different models of iPhone. (Since I destroyed my phone in the pacific without a case on) and this case has been a lifesaver. This new one though just seems different and I'm in LOVE. I LOVE the yellow and the feel of the case. I don't know if they've changed the shape a little or what but I love the feel of this case. I've never had a problem with it leaking, charging or taking pictures underwater. The case is slim but clearly provides a lot of protection. I do however, tend to leave my glass screen protector on so it's hard to use the screen sometimes underwater but it's not impossible. I will be taking my screen protector off for my next trip though! DEFINITELY recommend.

Literally my favorite Lifeproof yet

Since the first Fre case I bought 5-6 years ago I have always stood by them. Great Water Resistance. Shock absorption is amazing. I used to throw my iPhone 6S Plus across the room onto a concrete floor to prove my screen wouldn't break and it never did.  I have one on my iPhone 8 Plus that I don't even use. Bought it after I found out my antennas were damaged. Got it to make sure the phone would be around For a while without being damaged more. Now I have one on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I couldn't be happier. These cases are amazing. Super slim design so they are not bulky at all like the Otterbox. Hands down the best case on the market. If you use something else you are bound to lose your device to damage. Better make sure you back it up.

Lifeproof Fre

I've had this case for a few weeks now, the case it self is awesome. It's really slim and fits in your pocket well. The problem I have with it is the screen protector sticks to my phone screen in certain areas which makes my screen look like polka dots. I've taken my phone out several times to clean the screen and the life proof screen and nothing seems to help. Would be 5 stars if it didn't have this issue

As far as shockproof and waterproof goes, the Frē for iPhone 11 Pro Max is great.



However, I wish Lifeproof would make a Nüüd version that exposes the screen. The Fre causes two things I can do without:

1. The iPhone's proximity sensor sometimes doesn't work. This can make it impossible to interact with automated phone systems - the screen goes dark when the phone is next to my ear and doesn't come back when I lower the phone to enter touch tone commands. In the past, I've had to replace my case.

2. The newton rings in the display are annoying.

Both of these problems would go away with a nüüd version of the case. Is because of the edge-to-edge display of the iPhone 11 Pro Max that you only make a Frē?

I've been using the case since I got the pro max 11 and I can't seem to get air bubbles out from under the screen. You can't see a thing in the sun. I took my phone out of the box and the case out of the box and put the two together immediately. It looks as if there is oil all over the screen, but there definitely isn't, it's just air bubbles from poor screen contact.

Ok. But overpriced and disappointing

I bought two of the fre iPhone 11prom max case one for me and my husband but both are very disappointed because it has a lot of bubbles in both phones l took photos but I don't know how to send it l am surprised because I have been using fre case for iPhone 6 and I didn't not complain

I am very disappointed at these cases

Installed the case after ensuring both the phone and case were warm. The elusive bubbles appeared after about 30 mins of install and use.  Almost as if the phone gets to warm in the case and causes condensation. Annoying but it works and its protected.  iPhone X case did the exact same thing.   FIX THE PROBLEM. Not well engineered for what they cost, but haven't found anything better.  Will eventually warranty it and hope there's a fix.

Same bubbles under screen protector as everyone

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I wish I wouldn't have. It is hard for others to hear you on a phone call. When you tap the screen it doesn't always work and sometimes you will have to press hard to get your screen to light up. The volume button is difficult if you don't have nails. If you do have nails it will cause them to break too. Always have something handy when you want to turn your sound off and on. Last but not least the when I lift my phone up to make the screen light up it won't light up half of the time. I have been having to turn the volume off and on to get my screen to light up. I would recommend a different case!!!!

Not worth it

I read the other reviews and thought I wouldn't be one of the individuals with the air bubble issue on my FRE as I've always chosen this case. Wrong!!  Despite trying everything recommended, I have air bubbles. My conversations are hard to hear, and the bubbles impact my touchscreen. Expensive case that has a lot of issues!!
