I originally bought one of these for the wife for Christmas. I had had oNE that was a different brand where it adjusts to any type of phone, which was fine til it started having issues. So I bought another "universal" mount for my car. Once I started having issues with my 2nd "universal" mount breaking on me and the wife's was still going strong I went ahead and bought 2 more for my cars. They are so awesome for using Waze or maps for navigation. Recently bought the bar mount as well for my mountain bike, so excited to give it a shot as well. Lifeproof makes the most solid, durable mounts on the market. Won't buy anything else! Phone cases aren't bad either ;-)

This product works great! It stays mounted where I need it and its very sturdy. Its super easy to get the phone in and out so I'm not spending a lot of time messing with it to get it to work. Its simple and quick and stays where I set it to be. Its perfect.

I travel a lot & needed a phone holder that I could take with me to use in rental cars.



Simple to install and remove, phone slips in easily, locks in place, but easy to remove with a simple twist. The phone stays put until you want it.



Not the cheapest phone holder but it is the best I have come across.

Simple, solid & reliable

Love love love it !!! Way safer than looking down at your phone for navigation. Doesn't block my view. It was so worth it. Now everybody wants one! I wish they had different colors ... maybe to match my life proof phone case ? Hint hint lifeproof I'll be the first to buy one!!

This is by far the best phone mount I have had - Period! Not only that - since I also purchased a belt clip - and only have 1 phone - I used the extra attachment device on the back of my Garmen - wouldn't you know - best GPS mount also. Very nice innovation Lifeproof - Thank you Lifeproof!

Best mount - hands down!

The locking suction cup design seems as though it will hold onto any applicable surface until you don't want it to.  Very sturdy & rigid construction.  The arm angle adjustment and swivel ball joint allow for almost unlimited mounting configurations.  As always the tried and true quick disconnect mounting plate interface is awesome!



No it time to put it through it's paces and get it mounted in my car.  The only thing I am wondering about is how it will behave in this scorching Sacramento summer heat...

Initial Impressions - Well Thought Out Design

I love this case. The battery pack is awesome and helps when you can't get to your charger. I wish it had a lightning cable connection to charge it instead of the micro usb. The cord is constantly losing connection and I have to jiggle it to get it to work. I would recommend that lifeproof partner with Apple and make this case with a lightning cable power cord.

Great case, but not happy with charging cable

I've had this for a few weeks now, and it's pretty awesome. The suction is great, so I don't have to worry about it falling off my windshield. The connection point is secure, and it is easy to mount and dismount. The vibration of the car will cause the ball-and-socket joint to sag slightly over time, but is generally quite solid. Overall, I'm impressed.

Nice addition to my car

So far the case is holing up and working as advertised, but have two issues. I wear A wide 1&1/2” belt and the belt clip must be designed for much wider belts cause it just flops all around and it.feels like it will fall off with my phone although it never has.  It is actually difficult to take off so doubt that it will come off it just feels that way and allows the phone to flop around and hang away from my body.  The second issue is actually attaching the phone to the belt clip.  The magnet does not automatically catch in the square recess and without using both hands in some cases it seem almost impossible to line up and attach the phone.  Once connected and locked in, it holds the phone very securely.  The way the phone hangs once in the clip the screen protector is exposed to being scratched fairly easily.  I already have several.deep scratched.

Difficult

I purchased this product after having a Lifeproof case and cradle for my 5S for 5 years and loved those!  I wasn't sold on this new design, but figured I'd give it a try.  Originally I was worried about the size of the quickmount adapter for your phone, it's actually really thin!  If this is a concern or holding you back, don't let it!  The most frustrating thing about this is your wireless charging doesn't work when you put the quickmount adapter on the back of your phone.  Bring back the cradle and LifeJacket!

I meticulously cleaned my phone case and attached the holder on the back. I waited above and beyond the 24hrs required before attempting to attach my phone to the quick mount. I placed the quick mount on a perfectly clean windshield and secured it according to every instruction. I even cleaned the plastic suction cup to ensure the best possible connection. After 20 minutes the entire mount fell from the windshield and the mount broke off the back of the case. So now, not only do I have a mount that doesn't work I also have a broken lifeproof phone case for my iPhone 11 Max Pro... Very disappointed in this product.

Not worth a cent.....
