Not as described

Damage was cosmetic:  The back of the fire place was broken (wood part) and in the front had  4 chips pieces on the wood part. Plus the remote was broken.

Heater was fine

Bought two. One I returned after a few day as the frame quit turning off. Have to unplug it. Both units have thermostats that do no function properly. Set at 72 and it shuts off at 64. Up it to 76 and it shuts off at 68. Heats well and looks good. Just don't rely to the temp setting.

I didn't realize until  unpacking and throwing box away  that it isn't used for a 120V outlet. it has be in plugged into a "dedicated" outlet. 
No one's fault but my own for not reading the description more carefully.

Cosmetically the mantle had very noticeable marks on it. The flames were red with no yellow or orange like other fake fireplaces have. The sound was awful. It sounded like a constant scraping sound inside the unit. Very annoying.

Poor Quality Faux Fireplace

I was excited to get this, but when i received the item and took out of box it was cracked/broken in three different place on one side of the fireplace, bought some gorilla super clue to fix it, to expensive to send back
