Awesome customer service with super fast delivery.   Heater is great for my home office and does not take up much room due to it's "tower" design.  Works just as well as or better than the "cabinet" design heaters

Great heater from a great seller

Surprisingly this heater gets my very large master bedroom quickly. The temperature remains on what I set it to. Convenient has remote control and it has a modern look that's great! At first my circuit breaker tripped when I turned it on so I got nervous thinking it would be a problem; however I have two zones in my house. I've used other heaters in the past that were used to heat finished garage so I was skeptical. I'm very satisfied with my purchase . I would recommend this product especially the safety features. When the heaters on and you move it or tilt it it powers off immediately. The best feature of all.

Very good heater

I got this to suppliment our heat for the time being and its working beautifuly. Also if anyone is questioning if it has a ground on the powercord, it does. When I buy any type of space heater I like to make sure it has a 3 prong power cord. The eco feature is very nice, the max tempreture it goes to is 68Â°f. Also experimenting with the fan speeds, this also has a fan only option with no heat which I think is a nice hidden feature too. Overall im super happy with my purchase, its a great deal.

Many good features at a great price. The ad did not say that it oscillates, but it does- slowly, which seems safe.

Good heat

This heater/fan was a great addition to my household.

it works better than expected but a few days ago it degan to fail auto shuttoff when temp reached. i set different temps and most work ok. it is just frustrating to have a problem with a relatively new product.

This heater heat up times too long,and fan noise very much,but usable.

I do not like the fact that you must have a working remote in an effort to make this unit work! I hate keeping up with remotes! It is fine that it comes with a remote, however absurd the unit will not function without it! Also, it is very very loud!!! Would not recommend

Dont recommend

The heater is unreliable. I used it one season. When I started to use it the second season, it would not work. The motherboard was bad. I submitted a warranty claim. The company will provide the parts. However, if you cannot fix the heater yourself, having the part doesn't help. I don't know that I can install a motherboard, and I don't know of any place to take the heater to get the motherboard installed.  For me, this product is unreliable, and the warranty is worthless.
