The Shredforce chest and Arm twister is a fantastic machine love that it's made of metal so I'm not concerned about the product breaking ( but if I did it comes with a lifetime warranty). The product is very simple to use and to adjust the weight you just turn the non and set it to your desired number and you can work any part of your upper body.

I'm 61 and disabled with lower and upper back problems, but this device makes it easy to get a nice 15 minute workout on my upper, mid and lower chest . Along with my biceps and triceps. With minimal discomfort to my back. 

I did have a problem with my first product received, but Lifepro quickly resolved my problem by sending out another Shredforce and this one works perfectly.

When the SHREDFORCE chest & arm twister was delivered the box was completely water soaked. Cosmetic damage was observed to the number decal area, specifically at the number "10" on the decal. I emailed customer service and I am very impressed by how I was treated.

I've been using the Lifepro arm and chest exerciser for 2 weeks now. I can feel a d see the difference in my body. I'm 74 years old. The quality of the unit is top grade. I started out on setting number 4 for chest and number 6 for arms. Already up two notches on both.and now using setting

I was not expecting a good quality piece of equipment but when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised that a TikTok shop purchase came through. I tested it and it legitimately feels high quality and durable. First workout gav me a good pump only doing 12 reps. Typically “at home” gear looks nice in videos, but resistance sucks. This thing is pretty sweet

1st day solid

I've been really thinking about getting this product for a hot minute now, and finally got the courage to do so. I've recently dedicated myself to change my life around in a healthy manner for me and my family. This machine will definitely help me achieve my goals.

Ready for use!

Just got and gave a run at level 4. Good resistance and no way am I getting level 20 closed. I did 34 reps using upper mid lower pec, upper back and shoulder and bicep tricep. I can feel how weak my muscles have atrophied over the years after cancer surgery. Will be starting a workout plan soon.

This thing has a lot of power and resistance options, keeps track of my reps and can be used in different configurations to get a full upper body workout. I'm impressed. I'll be using this instead of my fidget toys while sitting and working from home.

User friendly, but still gives a good workout

Lifepro is as advertised.  It's heavy duty construction gives it the look and feel of a high quality piece of gym equipment.  I've spent years in the gym and this is the perfect addition to the home workout routine.  Versatile and durable, this multi purpose muscle workout is value for money.

I previously bought this item and used it everyday for 7 months but it broke.  I'm not sure what happened but I really liked using it so I decided used to purchase another one to give it a second try.   Hopefully that was just a fluke with the first one.  Other than that little hiccup, it seems to be a great product!

Hello, I am very disappointed with the product I received. The first few days the product worked great, but after that the noise it makes with every action is unbearable and takes away the desire to exercise. I would like to receive a replacement product.
