Wow, this is the sturdiest machine i have ever purchased. The vibration is strong even on low. I have balance issues do i hold on to my husband for t min and do the beginner exercises. Hopefully i will improve so I don't have to hold on to my husband and can work up to 10 min. Started at 2 min. I am excited to see what happens over time.

Replacement

I researched many vibration plates and this has been the best investment for my health and family. It is very easy to use, keep clean and store.The User manual is very helpful with visuals as well and I love the exercise quick guides. Highly recommend.

Best investment for my health

Recently, at physical therapy after a surgery, they had me use one. It was amazing. Felt like it was waking up areas in my body asleep from too much sitting at work. A friend had one just like this that she let me try at home. After one day I decided to order one. If all the benefits it lists truly happen to me, wow! What a blessing that will be.

I picked the hexaplate because of the high intensity settings and holy cow! It's definitely going to take me some time to work myself up to 120. I wanted a vibration plate for lymphatic drainage and muscle tension release. It works great! My only complaint is the cord is pretty short and I only have one three prong outlet per room, so it's tough finding a good spot to set it up. I will most likely be purchasing a longer power cord.

High intensity

Ready to get started with my Hexplate.  Just opened box today and used for the first time.  My only complaint is the power cord is extremely difficult to plug into the Hexplate component and the power cord is extremely short with the product recommendations of having at least 7 feet clearance around you before use.  Trusting the product is as good as other reviews!

LifePro Hexaplate

I received the LifePro Vibration Hexaplate as a gift on December 25, 2025. Set-up was easy. Battery for the remote was included, although this was not specifically stated in the packaging.
I hope to add this to my exercise routine to help with muscle strength and bone density.

So Far, So Good

I feel good using this plate and it's simple to get started. The only thing is that the stretch bands rubbed the sides of the plate and scratched the paint off - there are little bands of rubber that are supposed to cover the metal on the bottom of the stretch bands, but they slide off easily. It's an esthetic thing and doesn't affect the performance of the vibration plate. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the acupuncture points built into the surface. I'd prefer a flat surface. But for the price point, I'm happy overall.
