Difficulty in assembling due to poor instructions and part design.

Nice and sturdy, looks great! Takes some time to put together.

Excellent

First watch the installation video on you tube then it is easy to install, the packaging was not good, but still I will strongly recommend this product.

Good price

I bought a basket ball goal, and it arrived with several missing parts. When I called customer service they said the replacement parts were back ordered, and it would be some time before they would be in. I explained it was for my daughters upcoming birthday, and he said he would help me by sending a replacement basketball goal just in time for my daughters birthday. How wonderful was that! I will be a dedicated customer for life! Thank you!

Absolutely the best customer service!

lifetime.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper pole braces on a portable basketball hoop that I bought for my son 12 years ago finally rotted out. I contacted Lifetime to see if I could order replacements and not only could they provide them for me, but they did at no cost as a one time courtesy. Talk about standing behind your product.

Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Excellent and really professional staff..

The basket as such is correct. For the difficult assembly not clear with the given plans. And the wheels under the basket are not much use.

Good value for money.

I should say what you pay is what you get, I still need to find one longer bolt to finish the assemble, after 90% assembly realized the bolt length is too small at the base of the Pole, not worth disassemble and pack to return, instead need to go find a suitable size bolt and finish the setup

what you pay is what you get

Was very difficult to put together and some of the pieces were misshaped and had to bend the pole to get the pieces of the pole to actually fit together

Not Overly Satisfied

I bought a basketball hoop in April for my grandson. Upon putting it together, we realized there wasn't any hardware or wheels we did contact you and you promptly sent the missing parts. Then we thought we were good to go and assemble the hoop. Come to find out in the middle of assembling we were missing two brackets fir the back board. Again, I called and I can't get them for two months. Yes, I'd like to send it back but what a pain just to have to disassemble it.
It wouldn't be such a bid deal to wait a few days for parts but. 2 months. We do have a very disappointed grandson!

Basketball Hoop

In my 44 years on this planet I have never had this much difficulty assembling something, and I have assembled and above ground pool.
It is very difficult to adjust the height of the basket. Two adults on a ladder struggling.
