I ordered a Lifetime portable basketball hoop from a retailer. It came early but when I opened the box I was missing all the hardware, supporting bars and pole. The retailer took forever to finally tell me to go to the manufacturer. I was so glad I did! I did have long wait times with all that is going on but both times I spoke with someone, one because I wasn't clear what all was missing, the service was outstanding! The second time I called they took the time to make sure they were sending all I need and replaced everything free of charge. Great Job and I will make a point to not only buy this brand in the future but recommend it to those I know.!!!! Thank you!

I bought this last week. We got to the point where you hit the poles together to seal them. Well our mistake we didn't make sure everything was assembled correctly. I contacted Lifetime for replacement poles. They were so nice and sent them right away!

The basket as such is correct. For the difficult assembly not clear with the given plans. And the wheels under the basket are not much use.

Good value for money.

Once it is assembled, it is ok.  Take your time, think twice before assembling the 3-section pole, make sure you have a helper and you should be good.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Bought this for my kids for their first basketball net, works great but the instructions to assemble are total trash, took 3 days and tons of frustration, save your time and watch YouTube videos.

I should say what you pay is what you get, I still need to find one longer bolt to finish the assemble, after 90% assembly realized the bolt length is too small at the base of the Pole, not worth disassemble and pack to return, instead need to go find a suitable size bolt and finish the setup

Great product but took us three days here and there to put together. The instructions are tricky so be prepared for that. Once it's set up it's great. We purchased for 5 and 8 year old and at the lowest height it's perfect. Our neighbor has a similar one that has lasted them over 10 years, so the quality seems it's built to last.

I was not impressed by this product. First it came with no instructions.  Was nearly impossible to put together. I used goggle for instructions. After I put it together it is flimsy. Not like a real basket ball net at all. I do not advise anyone to purchase this product.

Do not buy this product

Instructions were totally backwards, so as soon as you already screwed one piece in, you have to unscrew it again and start over because that was actually the 2nd step, not the first! 

And not once, but twice the small bolts in the back came out.  Cheap bolts
