[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the Lifetime New 48-inch Adjustable In-Ground Basketball Hoop, and it has been absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience has been smooth.

Assembly was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all parts were well-organized. It does take some time and a second person to help with certain steps, but that's expected for an in-ground setup. Once installed, the hoop feels extremely sturdy and secure — it's built to last.

The 48-inch backboard is the perfect size for a home court, offering a great balance between space and playability. It has a nice rebound, and the materials feel durable enough to handle aggressive games without showing wear.

The height adjustment system is one of my favorite features. It's super easy to use, allowing you to quickly adjust the rim height depending on who's playing — great for kids, teens, and adults alike.

Overall, the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Lifetime really lives up to its name — this hoop feels like it's going to be a part of our driveway for many, many years. Highly recommend it for families looking to create fun, active memories right at home!

Just bought and set it up alone in only a couple hours. Need 1 person to help line up holes while placing the top section but was very easy to do the goal is very light. Very user friendly instructions

Great Hoop!

Took some time to put together! However, instructions are very good and end product is excellent ! Height adjustability is very easy!

Great Product

I installed the goal myself, which was simple enough. My only complaint is that it is about impossible to get the rim exactly 10 feet. I got the ground line of the pole a little below ground, but the rim still ended up 1.5 inches too high. The kids don't care, but I do since I know about it! The nicest thing about the goal is how easy it is to adjust it. I'm hoping this goal last for years.

We purchased this as Christmas present for our grandsons. We've been struggling with assembly for two days. I started measuring sizing bolts and tubes, etc. I noticed the long extension bars or tubes AKB are 25 7/8 inches long instead of 30 1/16 inches as shown in manual. No wonder we had such a struggle. They are sending two more. Hopefully the correct two.
