Love this shed! Came with shelves that i wasnt expecting. Was easy to put together after watching video and than following instructions. Pay the extra 100.00 for made in america!!!

Outstanding customer service!

I called to inquire about replacement skylights for my shed. After explaining what had happened to my current ones and why I needed needed new ones, I was placed on hold for less than a minute and to my surprise the representative advised that he would be sending out replacements, free of charge. Corbin was super friendly and efficient.

Warranty

Excellent quality DIY shed kit.  Assembly is definitely a project but I was able to knock it out in a weekend with my 13 yd old daughter as assistant.  Assembly instructions were generally very good including QR codes with explanatory videos which were helpful at a few points.  A bit fiddly to get the wall panels to properly engage with the floor and also to get the roof trusses correctly installed - but came out great overall.  A solid flat platform for the shed to set on is critical.

Bought 2 sheds in 2012 & needed to replace 4 domed skylines & 6 skylines for the roof peak due to cracking from sun. Reps where very knowledgeable & helpful. Received exactly what I needed. Very impressed with the service. I would buy or recommend in product from this company based on just the excellent customer service.

I was impressed. Parts are coming and shed will get completed and i am very pleased.

This is our second Lifetime shed, our first was an 8x10 similar style.. Easy to assemble but time consuming due to how the components snap and fit together. A rubber mallet comes in very handy,  the second is easier to put together.. Some screws strip the plastic out but all in all its actually one of the best sheds out there.. Its not wood of course but it serves it purpose very well!!

Solid shed!

Very long 8 hour assembly only to discover that one roof piece is warped and won't sit properly, noticeably sticks up.  It doesn't leak just looks terrible. I thought about contacting lifetime to get a replacement roof panel, but the amount of work it would take to disassemble dozens of steps to swap out this piece was not even close to worth it. wish I had bought the other brand I was considering

Lot of work to assemble, deformed parts

I am a relatively handy person.  This isn't the first shed I have put together.  I read the instructions and watched the YouTube video… this is one of the toughest sheds I have ever put together and the directions are not great. The YouTube video is helpful but the guy putting it together must have perfect pieces or something because I tried to do things exactly how he did it and I struggled, with the help of 2 other people.  Because this went together so poorly I am concerned about how it will hold up.   I bought this because it was made in the USA and it was a lifetime product but but now I wish I bought something easier to assemble.   In total this probably took 3 people about 10 hours to put together after we took all the pieces out of the boxes (the base was already in place so we didn't have to make a new one).
