Screw Quality

Has a sleek and modern look that fits well into landscaping.

Some screw holes do not align, requiring extra preparation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this shed last summer and loved it. I wondered how it would stand up in the winter with snow and falling branches. It has stood up fabulously. Recently we had someone break into it by cutting the door latches. I called customer service to order new parts and they sent them to me free of charge and I received them in 2 days.

Awesome Shed and great customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the product! This is my third Lifetime shed. My first shed is about 6 years old and still looks new. As we found ourselves looking for some new sheds we went to Lifetime and bought a 8x15 and a 8x10. I can't say enough about the whole process. Delivered as promised on time and loaded into my yard trailer by the driver. All components there and assembly went smoothly with both sheds. I couldn't be happier with all my Lifetime sheds and I even bought a storage container. I'm one satisfied customer. Thanks Lifetime

A satisfied customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shed (I purchased and assembled two of them). I am thrilled with the finished results and appearance. The quality of the material is great and I expect that it will weather well. I cant comment on that as I've only had mine for a couple months. I like the skylite ridge and venting and the window is adequate, but it would have been nice to have two (or the opportunity to order two. There is one shelf, and I need to look and see if I can order more shelves and fittings. The doors are nice and the locking mechanism works easily.

bought two and love them.

This shed has been a testament to American ingenuity and manufacturing prowess. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but a meticulously manufactured structure that is a sight for sore eyes! Thank you for making such a stunning and functional structure!

Beautiful and Durable

I've just completed assembly of this shed and it seems very stable and sturdy. My package was missing a couple of parts (end caps for the roof peak) but I've informed the company and expect these to be delivered reasonably. The instructions were very well done yet still have a QR code the buyer can scan with a smart phone and watch a video for the particular step he/she can't quite figure out - although the website was down when I had just such a problem with understanding one of the steps. Caution! This is not an assembly for the weak of stamina or experience and is not a one-man project. You *will* have to have assistance. A power screwdriver/drill is, IMO, a must as there are a ton of screws.

At this point I award the product a 4 rating until I see how well it stands up to use, time and the elements.

Good Instructions, Sturdy shed

It is a beautiful shed. I like that it came with a shelf and hooks for organization. It definitely takes 2 people to install. I used the YouTube video for assistance. The back wall shed holes did not line up with the roof , that is why I removed 1 star and it does not come with the screws needed to anchor the shed to the foundation.I do recommend this shed, it seems to be good quality that will last a few years.

Nice shed

While we are pleased so far with the final product, the assembly was not easy. I will say, the assembly video was a lifesaver! The video is very well done.
Our biggest troubles came from the left door. The square tube and the hinge tube for the left door would not slide into the openings. The video makes it look so easy. We even stopped working on the left door and worked on the right door. The square tube and the hinge tube went in fine there. We ended up going to the hardware store to purchase metal files to file down the exit opening for the square tube and we finally got that to go in. The hinge tube was another story. We used drill bits and metal files on the exit opening to make the interior bigger to allow the tube to go through. We could see the hinge tube digging into and peeling away at the interior plastic. After much time and frustration, we finally got it to go through.
Another pain point was the roof assembly and getting all the holes to match up and catch, but we did manage to get every screw in.
If anyone is curious (I know I was!), I attached a photo of the packaging the shed arrives in.

Difficult Assembly - 12 hours / 2-3 people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wasn't bad to put together, but some of the screw holes were not where they should have been and for the roof you definitely need two people, one to hold in place and the side window needed to be caulked, because the rain of course came right in because it wasn't tight enough against the frame. Also had to caulk the floor all four sides to make it airtight. But other than that, everything went very well. We had torrential downpours, and no water. Coming into the fall and winter months
And we'll see how it holds up against the snow. I also think the price was very good. It also came in two boxes, which made it much easier. I also realized after receiving the shed, the floor needed to be on a solid base. So of course, we built a solid base for the shed to set on, made it very sturdy.

First shed I put together

We just got this shed put together and it took two of us a couple of days in hot weather to get it done. Even though the foundation under it was perfectly square and level, we did have some problems getting it to line up correctly. If you are attempting to put this together as a married couple, don't do it. lol it can be accomplished, but not for the faint of heart. It seems like a sturdy product, and it's hard to do a review until after it has been up for a year or so, but I am hoping it serves our needs.

8x10 shed

Hannahr

My sheds been up for 4 months now and I noticed the base is coming apart from the sides? There is now holes in the base! No idea what to do because it's all put together? The two little screws that screw into the base should be bigger! I don't like how the base connects together...

It's breaking apart

cconti

the floor in these sheds are crap just another rip off product they dont tell you they have to go on concrete or a wooden platform because they are to cheap to make a real floor for the shed junk
