[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] well im hoping to get this basketball goal put up in a few weeks when their is no rain for a few days.  From the reviews online and YouTube i prefer this one with the acrylic backboard and 54 inches wide. At 499 with 10% off 449 plus tax is still expensive but compared tot he 200 to  348 bucks setups. i would rather buy this then those above ground basketball goals. Can't wait to set it up!Rise Up MAGA!!!

Grandfather's Gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my grandsons to practice when they are at my home. I assembled all but the last step on my own. The video and the instructions are a must, and the steps must be followed in the exact order. Three men are needed on the last step, which involves lifting the assembled goal and stabbing it into the bottom section of the pole, which has been cemented into the ground. We need two men standing in the bed of a truck while the third man on the ground stabbed the pole to accomplish the last step. We could not do it using two step ladders and two people on step step ladders as shown in the video, although we tried that first. I am well pleased with how well built and easily adjustable this goal is and we will enjoy years of use by having it in our yard.

I bought a basketball hoop (#90878) and the bottom pole (of 3) was the wrong pole. I saw online that it happened to a couple of other people so I called and they simply dropped one in the mail for us. Thanks for the help!

Good Customer Service

Our backboard came in damaged, most likely by the looks of the box by UPS, but Lifetime immediately sent us a new backboard and it was as simple as some pictures and our receipt!!  The customer service rep, Vendla, was exceptional and so so sweet!!

EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!

I bought this system and it was shipped to Canada and had a crack in the backboard.  I called Lifetime and the first customer service rep directed me to Costco Customer Service who sent me back to Lifetime.  The second customer service rep was patient given my frustration and clearly provided direction, called me back when my email address wasn't going through and shipped the replacement part out right away.

After scouring the internet I came up empty handed. I reluctantly reached out to lifetime looking for the part, but am I glad I did. Not only was the instant messaging very painless, they sent me the part for free! Unbelievable! I will never hesitate to reach out if I need parts for the hoop in my driveway.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Great product in the end but assembly is very challenging. Several holes were too small (probably from paint) and several bolts very difficult to tighten because you can't get a wrench on them. Directions were fair at best.

Great product but difficult to assemble

I'd spend a couple hundred more and get a Goalrilla. This is kinda cheap and crappy. I don't love it
