We bought the basketball system for our Scouts a few years back. Due to covid it was dismantled and placed in storage. We were so disappointed to realise that we had disposed of a bag containing a number of small hardware items (screws, pins, nuts) that are essential for erecting.
I contacted Lifetime in slim hope that they may be able to help (even though we are in Scotland) and i got an immediate reply from Woodlay asking me exactly what we required and that they could help.
I followed up with all the required info and couldnt believe to receive an email from Woodlay the same day saying the order had been created and that the replacement goods should be with us in 1-2 weeks.
Have never received customer service on this level before, as fast and efficient.
The basketball system itself is brilliant, but the response received since backs up further the Lifetime brands customer service of which i will happily advocate to anyone.

Absolutely superb customer service both from the US customer agent and the international customer service rep. I needed a whole set of new parts which I had misplaced for a basketball hoop so I could not build it for my son. The Lifetime customer service people Kyle (US) and Alfonso (international) couldn't have been more helpful and reordered them all for me at no cost. Brilliant!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my 11 year old son for Christmas and I'm so pleased I chose this over the other competitors. It's sturdy, well made, easy to adjust and looks the business!!

Sturdy and Classy

Great customer support

During the assembly one key piece of the hoop broke (a nut and bolt). I sent an email to the customer service, and without other questions the piece was ordered and arrived to me within reasonable time considering it was inbetween the christmas holidays and i live in Euro.

Very difficult to assemble. Blew away in heavy wind and now bent/crooked. Fingers crossed it will stay together after fixing again...Otherwise good size product fir teenagers. But giving a 4 star rather than a 3 due to very good customer service. Thanks Ryan!

We have not yet been able to set up the basketball hoop because parts for assembly are still missing. Unfortunately, Customer Care has not responded to our inquiry.
