Too heavy and one of the handles popped out the first time I took it on the water.

Will return. Deceptively heavy.

walmart.com

So for weight, portability and layout, it's perfect. It has been my go to fishing kayak since I got it. So for the cons: I wiggles back and forth as you paddle. Tracking is not good. It literally only moves forward during the paddle stroke. When you stop, it pretty much stops. I am 5'8” and 145 lbs, and I can't get any speed out of it. floatation is good, stability is good and as long as I fish with in 200 yards of my launch I'm fine with it for $200. Just know it's a tank to paddle and no speed.

It works, but it's a slow tank to paddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 kayaks this week. Having fun with grandkids.

Great fun

lifetime.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these 2 months ago and are taking them to the river weekly. Easy to transport and navigate to and from the water. We added a seat cushion for additional comfort

Easy for quick trips to float the river!

Very happy with my pair of kayaks; they perform just as expected. Best part for me is ease of transport. Easy to carry and I can pack two of them INSIDE my 2015 Subaru Forester with room to spare and still have a passenger seat open for my float partner! No roof rack or high lifting required.

Easy to transport

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and the wife got these kayaks to see if we would enjoy or even be able to kayak. Needless to say, we love it. It's changed our view on it. The backrest on one of them was really warped when we got it. And the other one the clips broke off almost immediately. I have tried to find a replacement backrest and clips but can not find anything. Other than that, we enjoy the kayaks and plan to continue kayaking anytime we can. These were the perfect entry level kayaks that got us on the water.

Love it!

These are fun kayaks. They are only 8 ft long and the back (stern) is flat so I am able to store them in my garage. I've had mine for several years and they look brand new. Light weight and easy to load and unload. Handles at each end for two person transport or indented openings for one-person carry. The niece storage area behind adjustable seat has bungee chord bands to secure cargo. Even has an cupholder.

Fun Kayak, Easy to Store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the kayak last Monday July 2nd.
Take it out on Eagle Island State Park 2 times.
The seat now keeps pop out didn't stay in anymore.
The kayak is very nice just the seat need to improve.

Good Kayak but bad seat

This was a great value for an entry-level kayaking experience, and I think it'll last a long time for us.

Great value and good purchase

Able to load and inlaid with ease. Handled well in the lake.

Easy to handle

Just opened it for first time and has a giant gash through the side… poor kids Christmas present

Hope to exchange

I just received the pair if kayaks and couldnt wait to try mine out. If you are looking for a basic kayak this is the one. I took it out on calm water and i had a great time. The paddels that come with it coukd be a little longer so you will get wet from water dripping on you. If you need a basic kayak I would recomend this one.

Great Value
