Lid warps and bends when opened or closed, causing screws to loosen.

Come with qr codes and videos for easy following.

I had previously ordered a shed with all metal material. As I laid out the pieces and looked at the instructions, I soon realized putting it together was beyond my scope.
I returned that product and found a few to choose from. After research and a comparison I chose to go with the Lifetime product. It is very strong and stable and easy to assemble. I built it on my garage floor and then moved it in place afterward. Instructions were clear.
Also got a great price!

Sturdy Shed with Clear Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought what is now a discontinued model Horizontal shed about 4 or 5 years ago and remodelled it to work for my pool equipment. Due to the chemicals the hinges rusted, and I was able to order new replacement hinges. These pictures show how I arranged the equipment and how I supported the base.

Great service in getting parts.

lifetime.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Se nota la calidad. Fácil de montar. Recomiendo usar manual de instrucciones, y ante dudas, mirar vídeos de montaje. Le he puesto unas cuerdas para evitar la apertura total de la puerta superior

Buen producto

I placed this unit on the side of the house to put all the kids stuff and patio stuff in. It is spacious. I bought Another for the mountain and road bikes and accessories. Very well built. Simple assembly and good directions

Lots of space

I recently had the top to my Horizontal Storage shed blow over and bend all of the hinges. When I called Lifetime, I was able to get to someone who understood the problem and shipped the parts out immediately. The cost of this great customer service - $ZERO!!!!. Thank you Lifetime for not only making a great product but also backing up that product with great customer service.

Customer service and parts

Sturdy unit but assembly instructions could be improved. More words describing each step could help and clearer/better picture angles. One lid piston end would not snap onto ball. Ruined it beating with rubber hammer. Holding in place with wire. See picture

Sturdy Unit to Protect Griddle

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product to store our bikes and it's just what I needed, two adult mt bikes and Traeger pellets.

Perfect bikes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of these a year ago and 2 more recently. I think that they are a well designed and sturdy. I have not experienced any rain leakage as well.

Well designed an well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to put together using the YouTube video as an additional guide. It does go smoother with the help of a second person for the lid attachment. Not as ruggedly designed as I would have hoped but hopefully will last as long as my very large 20 yr old deck box did. I plan on using this for pool accessories storage. I do like the various ways of accessing my stored items.

Easy To Assemble

This Shed is huge. Fit 3 adults bike and 1 kids bike perfectly. But Shed not as sturdy as I want. Lid close is very heavy. Since it's on sale for $250 shipped. I think it's a good deal.

Big Shed

JordanA

The Good:
The instructions call for 3 people to put this shed together, I didn't have any trouble putting it together by myself. I will admit though, you have to pay special attention to the brackets and which way they go or you will end up putting one in the wrong place like I did. Everything goes together rather smoothly. If you have a little bit of ingenuity about you, you can get it all put together in about an hour and a half.
The Bad:
The biggest issue I have with mine is that it doesn't like sitting in sun at all. I've had it on my pool deck for about a week now and it is starting to warp. It's as if the lid support arms are too strong for the plastic to keep them in place. Having the sun soften the plastic is definitely a contributing factor. (see pics)
Another con about this shed is that the handles for the doors don't mount very solid. The right hand door has a catch at the bottom of it that keeps the doors closed. If you aren't aware of this door catch you will end up pulling the handle right off the door. I know this because an 8 year old pulled mine off.
Other than these issues, it will keep whatever you store in it out of the elements and will secure well enough to keep thieves away.

Can't take the heat!
