[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really nice.  I assembled the entire play set by myself, so if you are out there and you have no help, it is doable. I was concerned about my 20 month old not being able to climb the ladder, she climbs it just fine, I do stand beside her just in case though. I did make several mistakes when building it though.  I would build so far until I realized that something wasn't right, then I would go back and fix it, which was easy enough, just time consuming. The only thing I would change if I was a engineer at Lifetime is install another step or two at the top of the ladder.  In fact, I may contact them on trying to get a couple more.

This playset is wonderful! My girls absolutely love it.  It took about 10 hours for my dad & husband to put it together.  Instructions were easy to follow.  Excellent quality & worth every penny.  I feel like this thing will definitely be around for our grandchildren.

Excellent quality.

Great product, pretty easy to assemble with two people. The slide is really well made, very sturdy, we had my 8 yr old and 10yr old swinging at the same time and it barely moved around. 
The only negative i have is to change one page in the instruction book to really emphasize the importance of the metal base frame layout and the flooring in the tower so that everything is in line. we looked back to see if anything was said about that and wasn't. it took us 3 hrs to go back and fix the mistake and that's a lot of time wasted with three young children.

We bought this a few months ago, it is wonderful.  Super sturdy. It's a beast to put together, but worth the work.  I know it will last forever,  my parents have a lifetime playset that they have had for 25 years.

New tower

We bought this playset in 2018 for our grandchildren.  It was a lifesaver during the pandemic when schools and local playgrounds were closed.  We live in AZ and get monthly lawn irrigation that rusted a couple parts.  Lifetime rep. Heidi was an incredible help facilitating a couple replacement parts.  This product is VERY well made and worth every penny!

Excellent Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a used Adventure Tower Playset between 2 - 3 years old in Florida.  The playset is in great condition!  There was some rust but nothing serious (bolts / screws) and it was all easily replaceable through LifeTime.  

Ordering the parts was very simple as I emailed LifeTime with the Unit # and part numbers (from the manual).   I expect this Playset to hold value for the next five years or more and I will be able to resell it when my kids have outgrown it.

Adventure Tower Playset

This is a strong and sturdy playground! It was not the easiest to put together so you will definitely want a couple of helping hands.   I gave 4 stars because of the rust that is already starting on multiple joints. Hopefully some rustoleum will help it make last. We have had it for 4 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost 3 years ago and unfortunately on 2025 start falling apart don't spend too much money on this swing set next time I will look for something different , the plastic and swing are perfect but the frame and paint falling off

Sad and bad investment the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finished assembling the tower on 10/25, and less than 8 weeks later, we see many small areas of rust. We thought it would be at least a year before we would see this much deterioration, so we are very disappointed, especially at this price point. We live in south eastMI, where it is not especially humid, so this seems like a quality issue. We reached out to customer care, but even with replacement parts, we'd have to take apart and reassemble ourselves with the same issue resurfacing two months later - not worth our time and efforts. Very disappointed in the quality.
