The used item from Retro vGames was in great condition, clean, fully charged and ready to use right out of the box. It was well packaged and arrived a full day ahead of the estimated delivery time. I have purchased from this seller before, and definitely will again soon, as they are clearly a business that cares about what they do.

The 3DS XL came in excellent condition with no scratches. Additionally, the battery life is good so far. Overall an excellent product. Shipping took a while due to the Canada Post strike but I think would be a lot faster now that it is over.

Better description of the content

I expected some scratches on the body since it's a used console; instead, the 3ds' screens are also full of scratches: both the top and bottom. The exterior shell has some, while the interior is just full of scratches. This should not be labeled "Lightly Used" as it is not. It's extremely used. Also, be aware that this is not a North American console.

I understand its a second hand item, but the one I had is way to old. 
1.loosing top monitor 
2.third party USB charger.
3.lots of scraches on the body
4.come with only a layer of foam paper in the card box.

It's a discountiuned item, For those who like me, buying 3DS for collection purpose, skip it.
