I love to melt these and make deserts with them. Once melted they harden up nice and easy making the perfect treat. I love chocolate covered strawberries or pretzels. They are always sweet but not to sweet so need something not to sweet to use them with.  The white chocolate chips lack cocoa solids and rely entirely on delicate cocoa butter, they require precise baking temperatures to maintain their structural integrity without scorching into a grainy texture."

I tried these White Choc Baking Chips and was pretty happy with them overall. They melted well in baking and added a nice sweet flavour to cookies and muffins. The chips held their shape nicely while baking, which made them great for recipes where you still want visible chocolate pieces.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were a little sweeter than I expected. Other than that, they were easy to use, tasted good, and worked exactly as they should. I'd buy them again for baking projects.

I like the one's out of the zip top bag but these tasted different. Not sure if it's a lower quality bag that makes them taste different?? The zip top bag package of Lily's white morsels gets 5*. Easy to melt, snack on, and add to your favorite recipes including cookies, pancakes, coffee, etc
