Ease Of Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had Kohler fixtures installed throughout our house when we built it years ago.  They're beautiful and worked well for over a decade. But we have very hard water, and a few of the valves have had to be replaced. Kohler has shipped replacement valves promptly, at quite reasonable costs. And most recently, after a package was stolen from our mailbox, they overnighted a replacement package at no extra cost. All companies should be run as well.

Valve replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because the cold water valve failed, and it seemed like a good idea to replace both at the same time. I am so glad I could still get this part, as I really like the faucet and didn't want to replace it. I am a little disappointed that it failed about about 6 or 7 years. But we do have pretty hard water here, so it probably just got  to much scale on it.

I had replaced other valves on similar Kohler faucets.  The valves were over 15 years old and began leaking from the edge of the handle.  SO I decided to find the replacement parts and install myself.   These are professional quality replacement parts.  With the right tools, these are easy to change and install.

Leaking Valve

Meets my needs. Instructions for installation wasn't very clear. Had to check several different places to understand how get the Faucet taken apart. Then the valve positioned so the hardware was the way it should be after putting it back together. Never taken a this type apart before, but with a little internet searching got it installed.

Not hard to install. Its important to know what faucet you have.
