It doesn't feel dry on my lips, very lightweight and Bold!!! I have no issues with bleeding or transferring.  I will purchase

BEWARE! Lip colors ARE NOT the same as the on-line “Try it” app. Also, the packaged “Free” item I supposedly earned was “empty”!

Lip Colors are Deceptive

I can't even use it. Waste of money. It breaks off every time I try to use it and it just is mushy and doesn't work smoothly. If it doesn't break off like it does 95%  of the time, then you just get a chunky mess.
