These chairs are very sturdy. The wood is not as dark as I thought it would be but it'll do.  My husband had to drill a couple of the holes when putting them together since it didn't fit perfectly but he's a perfectionist, so there's that. :-/

Good stool, especially for the price!

I purchased two of these stools 2 years ago after diligently searching and comparing prices based on their description. They are by far the sturdiest, easiest to assemble, well made stools, and most of all comfortable. In addition they go with any décor. It is for that reason that I purchased two more to complete my set, now I have 4.  Try finding 30 inch stools at this price, it is nearly impossible, and most of all they are wood. The metal stools are garbage.

Wood U? I Wood!

Keep in mind this review is of the brand new product - we have not had these long enough to speak on their true durability and stability. But first impressions are pretty good! Assembly was easy and didn't take long at all to assemble 2 stools. The wood color is a lot more orange than I was expecting. I was expecting more walnut, but it's pretty dang orange. I'm not looking at the stools right now, but off of memory I'd compare them to this hex code: %23b4591f. I may end up trying to make the wood a little darker at some point. The seat cushions at first glance looked dirty. I found myself trying to clean them out of the box. I thought shipping dirt had gotten on them, but that is just the style of fake leather they used on the cushion. But the price of these is outstanding. My husband and I - both plus sized people - feel stable sitting in these stools.

Great first impression but very orange

it is a nice chair for the price.  wish the seat diameter was a bit larger.

These chairs look nice but did not fit together well and were wobbly. I ordered 3 and had different issues with each one. My husband is a perfectionist when it comes to putting things together and he tried different things to get them to fit together correctly but nothing really helped. I am stuck with them since they are put together. I am not sure I would recommend them. I'm disappointed.

The stool looked great, but is very uncomfortable to sit on. We ordered online and assembled, but couldn't return without completely disassembling to ship back. Would be much better if we could return at a store

I ordered two of the chairs. The parts are of poor quality.  During the assembly, two of the screws were not going in. I could assemble one chair using parts from two packets. The chair I assembled had a crack on the main body. The quality of the foam is not good as well. This is not more than a trash!! It was a waste of my time.

Trash... Do not buy!!

I thought I was ordering a (set of 2) only to find out it is a listing error ,,,,very disappointed!!
The stool is nice but would have liked getting the (set)

Ughh. Put this together and screws / holes DO NOT line up on bottom side wood bars. VERY frustrating. I returned to the store and re-ordered another as I think it is hit or miss when it comes to the one you get. I will say I bought this EXACT chair back in 2004 and it held up great. It's sturdy when it is made correctly. I wish Linon would check their quality before they ship to stores like Walmart as it's 100% the manufacturer's fault.
