Drawers

The color is more brown than the description of being gray. Handles on drawers would be a nice addition.

Nice idea, Missing parts, no communication from manufacturer

Nice design but missing parts…

file runs front to back and waste valuable space.   drawer doesnt open enough to get in the back.  wish it was not built and could return.

not worth the money

This is a piece of junk.  The drawers crumbled while putting it together and some pieces were missing.  Called the manufacturer to get the parts and they don't make it anymore.

the item is gorgeous but the file draw is 1/2 inch to small to reach and stay on the tracks making it nonfunctional. as well as the pre-drilled hole were sometimes very hard to find. the file rods are to far apart to fit standard hanging files even though it has a set up for standard and legal hanginging files.

I would not purchase this again. I received yesterday and am calling the company today. The craftsmanship is shoddy. Pieces were split where they drilled the holes too close to the edge, veneer was peeled off in spots, there were no starter holes on the back for the back cover piece. The screws on the back to do not go flush into the piece so if it's against a wall it will scratch the paint. The holes drilled for the fastener locks are not consistent, and I can't use the file drawer, when I put the drawer in the track metal pieces and ball bearings came out...

the product was damaged the drawers didn't work after I got it half way put together the bearings on the bottom drawer completely fell apart the screws and one had a plastic stopper in it that wasn't supposed to be there is supposed to be in a different hole this whole entire filing cabinet is a piece of junk the look is nice if it wasn't damaged and it was functionable but it's not it took me two and a half to three hours to build this even with the damage for appearanceI was still going to go ahead and keep it and use it because of the hassle of returns however once I got to the drawer and the drawer on the bottom was completely fell apart on the tracks it's time for it to go back I will never order this one again
