It fix the Crack of the sofa but it's still a working process, still learning how to do it perfectly.

The arms of my computer chair were gouged from hitting things. This product repair it it it is hardly noticeable. Reasonably priced and got the job done.

Could not match colors to get chocolate. The brown is very light brown.

It didn't work quite as well as I had hoped but the black matched my sofa and it's not as noticeable

works BUT not the best

There is no "heat tool" in this package. You have liquid coverage agent and paper to put over this to give the pattern of the grain around it. Very simple, but not what is advertised.

The Description is misleading

After two tries to fix a simple 2" slit in the arm of a chair, we gave up and threw a towel over the problem until we can decide to either slip-cover or buy another chair.  The best part was that we were able to mix the colors for an exact match in  color for the patch.  But the grain fabric would not lay flat until it was taped down.  When it was removed, the patch was incomplete, so a second attempt was made. We waited 48 hour the second time before removing the grain fabric, but the patch was so rough that it irritated the skin to lay against it.

Didn't work.

Just didn't work it took 2 days to dry and I didn't use much and then it came apart

The colors arrived all dried out and useless.  I have requested a refund, but wee will see.  I should never order anything that isn't from Walmart.com.
