THE WARM COMPANY-Lite Steam-A-Seam 2.  Pressure sensitive on both sides for a temporary hold to both the applique and background materials, pieces stay in place and are repositionable until fused with an iron. Once fused the bond is permanent and machine washable and dryable. Lite is made especially for sheer & light weight fabrics and regular is for use with heavier fabric, paper, card board, wood and glass beads. Quickly create hems, seams and applique. Easily apply lace, trim and ribbon.  This package contains five 12x9in sheets with yellow grid lines. Made in the USA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was doubtful about this really working. I use sticky adhesive for collage quilting and inevitably some will get on your iron . This did a great job in cleaning my iron. I had an old iron that I bought at a thrift store. I was so pleased with this product that I bought myself a new iron knowing that I would not ruin it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great for holding down applique pieces in place. Even very small pieces stay in place for my stitching work.  It eliminates the need for pins that wouldn't work very well on 1/4" size pieces.  Great product!

Ease of use

i got this and have used this product before and like what it does,  After you iron the fabric and the adhesive together you can cut it into any shape,peel off the back were the paper is and iron were you want it .

The item was shipped promptly. However, my sheets of Lite Steam a Seam 2 were folded in half and send in a smaller envelope. This item should NOT have been folded in half. Hopefully, I will be able to salvage the sheets and still be able to use them.
