The smell is not the best and also is not the best for cleaning/shampooing, but the color toning is excellent - cuts brass, yellow and orange and leaves a cool tone.

it didnot come with the pump top. it is heavy to lift with onehand.  PICTURE SHOWED PUMP TOP...very difficult to handle with one hand

Wish Walmart would keep this on its shelves.  But I do like it

It's the same as before with new packaging but gave 4 stars because it comes without the pump which I wanted as displayed in the online picture.

Love the stuff. But Walmart needs to pack it better so it won't spill out like mine did.  But thank you for carrying it.

It leeked out. Needs better packaging.

This product was wrapped in shrink wrap plastic, but there was shampoo that leaked out because the lid was not screwed on tightly.  Some of the shampoo was starting to ooze out of the shrink wrap.  Was going to return, but that would have been a mess.

Messy on delivery

I received the box with shampoo and conditioner in it, the lids were loose on both bottles.  There was shampoo and conditioner all over in the box and the conditioner and shampoo were almost empty.  I tried to do a complaint on the site but there isn't a spot to contact anyone!

Disappointed

The lid wasn't screwed on tight.  1/4 of the bottle leaked out, creating a terrible purple mess.  The bottle was in plastic shrink wrap — with the spout sticking out through a hole allowing shampoo to go EVERYWHERE!

Terrible packaging!

it shows that it comes with a pump,  it does not.  I purchased this because it came with a pump.

The bottle was broken and purple shampoo was everywhere. This is too much of an expensive product for this to be acceptable
